The Butte War Bonnet's staff was very helpful and nice. My room was also very nice and the pool and fitness rooms were great.

We go to Butte every year to visit a daughter and usually stay at the super 8. But this year, since we decided to go on the 4th of July, we couldn't stay at the Super 8 as almost everything else was booked or was so expensive. I found Butte War Bonnet on Orbitz and the price of the rooms was so much cheaper than anything else I had found. The stay was pleasant, quiet and really close to my daughter"s house. The motel could be updated, but it was clean and staff were very helpful and pleasant. I will stay there the next time we go to Butte

The complimentary breakfast was perfect, the room was larger and more comfortable than expected. The doors were difficult to get in to from the outside. I think the card readers were not working properly.

First off I called the hotel the previous night to make sure they booked us a smoking room and it was varified they had, but when we arrived the following day they had booked a nonsmoking room. Luckly there was still one open and they were able to assist us with the right room. When we opened the door to the room I was pretty disapointed. This hotel needs remodeling badly. The toilet would not flush, the room did not smell clean and the bathroom needs to completely be remodeled. The tub looked worn and dirty. We were not sure where to go to eat so we looked for material in the room to help guide us in the right direction. There were no pamphlets or even a phone book in the room. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty good but it only consisted of paper plates, plastic silverware and paper cups. But towards the end of breakfast time they did nicly set the tables for lunch with real table settings including cloth napkins. This kind of made us feel like we did not deserve the real real thing because the meal was free. All in all we were thankful for the comfortable bed. But we will not pay * again to stay at this hotel. Our hotel experience was partially my fault. This hotel should not be rated a 3 star hotel.

We've stayed here on and off since June of 2004 when our son went to college in Butte. It WAS good, but each time its been more worn down and messier. Last time our blankets and bedspead had holes in them and I don't know when the room was last cleaned. The food was obviously older and of barely acceptable quality.

Alot of options right at the motel. Bed was too hard. It's a nice place for an overnight stay or a weekend.

Place was nicely renovated. Pool was warn, hot tub hot. Did not us exercise room.
