Malta Rocks!Malta is a great place to visit. The Burlington offers a cheap place to crash. Our room was large and secure. The only issue with the room was that it got really warm and we only had one ceiling fan. It is perfectly positioned for access to the nightlife and 5minute walk to lots of restaurants.For the money the Burlington is fine. If you want a cheap place to just sleep in then this it is fine. If you are expecting luxury then you need to spend the extra cash on a hotel.

Great place for such a small money!!!!!!!I have to say I was very happy when I walked in to the apartment. Everything was tidy and looked just fine. There was a bit dusty on the floor but who cares. The bathroom was clean which is important, the same as the sink in the kitchen area. All the cutlery's were provided as well as the plates, glasses, pans and basic staff u need to cook something. All electrical goods worked without any problems.

I put good stars here just because i've got this hotel very cheap (eur 10/nite) for 2 nights. The room was clean but absolutely basic. the matress and pillow were the hardest and most uncomfortable I've ever slept with. the tv was so fragile that i thought it would just fall anytime you touch it to change the channel or volume (there is no remote). not to say that you should be worried about the TV as there was only 1 channel in Italian if I'm not mistaken. the bathroom was small and very basic - no standing shower so you have to hold the hose when you're shower. no toiletteries provided although clean towels are provided.the first day we happened in the room when the cleaner/owner(?) knocked the door hard asking us to give her our rubbish. She asked what time we are leaving the next day - we said before check out. she said rudely that we must leave before 11.Also please note that there was a new hotel construction going on in front of the hotel so you will hear VERY VERY loud noise which starts from 7am (the truck etc came about 6am and made so much noise already that they will wake you up). maybe it was just because our room was facing the street. also the area is known as 'night clubs' area so you will constantly hear the sound system of those clubs even from the distance and clubbers in the street. So unless money is the object for you, I would really recommend to stay away from this place.

I wanted a place that was as cheap as possible and I got that heere. Still the quality was good for the price, we got a kitchen and fridge. Beds were not very comfy, mine had springs coming out from the sides but for the price it is OK.

I requested a late check in, arrived at the address 1.20 am, to find no desk, or person to contact, just a block of apartments. It was pure luck that I discovered that the hotel across the road (of a different name) held the key to my room behind their front desk.Not a good first experience.
