The king suite is a perfect match for a couple wanting to get away and relax. The room was outstanding. The bed was so comfortable you don't want to get out of it in the morning. The breakfest was just average, but it was free. I will come back to this hotel when I visit again. Staff was outstanding! Hotel was close to everything.

The Hotel was conveniently located to Disney and other attractions. The rooms were clean and spaciuos. The bathroom had shower only a bath would have been nice.

we were expecting more from this hotel by the reviews. we were there for 2 nights with our 2 kids and our dog...the room was not very clean, it has old furniture and old wallpaper. it is quiet and the beds were comfortable. the staff was very nice and helpful. the breakfast is great.

Staff extremely helpful. If you don't have a car, not very convenient. We found everything up to expectations. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful and helpful the staff was. Pool area could have been a little more luxurious, hotel location is not deluxe, on a relatively small lot compared to the size of the hotel. There is just a small strip mall across the street, everything else you need a car to get to.

We moved to this hotel after a bad experience at another in Orlando. These are all suites, two spacious rooms very clean, beautiful furnishings. Excellent pool, hot tub heated nicely. SUCH a nice staff! Comfortable beds. This hotel turned our trip from horrible to wonderful just in that they were the same price as the terrible hotel on Universal Blvd (on the strip) and it was so much better! A little out of the way, but not by much, as we traveled this way down the main strip of Orlando the hotels got nicer. It appears there's not much around when you first pull in the parking lot but there are nice strip malls, restraunts, it's very close to Sea World and Disney. Everything we needed was very close. They have a shuttle as well but we didn't use it b/c we had a car.The only down side was that although they did have a hot breakfast in the morning it wasn't the best. You can fill up before you hit the parks so that's a plus but the food isn't going to win any awards. No Biggie.

On spring break with my brother and his family in West Palm Beach we decided to go up to Disney World for 2 days and an overnight. Looking on Orbitz the day before our trip I found this hotel with favorable recommendations. We were not disappointed at all! The price was very reasonable, the included breakfast buffet was nice. The room was very nice with 2 Queen beds which my brother and sister-in-law, niece and nephew slept -- had it's own flat screen TV. The attached suite room had a very adequate pull-out couch, desk, and flat screen tv. The sink/mirror was open in the "hallway" between the rooms, and the toilet and shower behind a door in the same area. VERY convenient location to Disney. There is a free shuttle from the hotel, but we drove our own car for more flexibility. The kids used the outdoor pool and hot tub at night after our first day at Sea World. Hotel also had a "convenience store," 2 computers for business use, and a game room. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

location is great, suites are comfortable and well equipped, excellent breakfast Staff in the lobby trying to sell timeshare Well suited for tourists - very close to Disney parks, Downtown Disney and outlet mall. But if you go to Orlando for business purposes, look for another hotel.

While these reviews give justice to the breakfast buffet, the lines were long, the food was OK, they did have a fantastic fruit salad every morning. Breakfast was free I have no right to complain. What i didn't like was the room we had was right next to the elevators, so that made it noisier. Then down at the customer service desk there was this guy trying to push everyone into a "free" breakfast with a short 90 minute talk about the new vacation packages. TIME SHARE.... he was soo annoying.

No available luggage cart on arrival. Had to to make several trips to automobile to get luggage to room. Ice machine was no working on our floor. One of the elevator's was no working, it was very crowded.

The location was excellent and the rooms were a decent size. Rude staff, dirty room...our bedsheet had a blood stain on it. The food wasn't that great either. The location of this hotel was great. It was very convenient to Sea World and the Disney Theme Parks. However, the staff was not helpful and was actually quite rude at times. The rooms were dirty and we had blood stains on our bedsheet. The staff could care less and was barely apologetic about it. The free breakfast wasn't very good at all either. The rooms were a good size and the fact that it was a suite worked out really well for us. But, based on other factors, I would not stay here again.

The full breakfast buffet that was advertised was not quite what we expected! It was cold eggs, french toast sticks and old toasted frozen waffles that were hard. You had to special order some eggs and all breads such as toast and then asked for a tip. We came out of the buffet feeling hungry!! We also had a small problem with the AC return vent and they told us they would send maintenance up - they never showed!!

A gold chain was left on top of the vanity. After I left, I called the front desk and they transferred me to lost and found where no one pick up the phone forcing me to leave a message that never got answered. Tried this several times, six weeks have past and still no one got back to me.

Location, friendliness of staff, service. Carpeting was old, air conditioner never shut off. I was very satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it to others. Just think the carpeting needs changing and air conditioner to be checked. Also my son had very bad allergies to pets and his allergies were really acting up. Then we found out small dogs were allowed. I think they should keep only certain rooms for dogs and dog owners.

The rooms were great but the breakfast buffet was bad. The food was cold and the waffles were as hard as a rock! The worst part, though, was that the staff started closing down tables at least an hour before the buffet was closed, basically pulling people's food out from underneath them. The large incoming breakfast crowd had to stand and wait until tables got up while their food got cold even though there were fifteen open tables that the staff would not let them use. There are so many good places to stay in Orlando that we won't waste our money here anymore. Wasn't worth the price of the room and I am glad that we were only staying for one night.

The entire hotel was filled to the brim with overly zealous teenagers, all laughing, yelling, and screaming, dancing and acting... well like teenagers - somehow it was so cool and fun as at their age, if I remember correctly, but at current age, I just wanted to relax and prepare for both a meeting, and an a needed to complete article. The kids were running the hallways, so much so, that I had to reguest to be moved to another floor. Which was only good until the 3 AM pillow fight in the room next door began. When I called the front office to tell them, they replied, yeah, that happens all of the time with the weekly amount of teens that come in to go to Disney! Coupled with the never ending drilling and reconstruction of the hotel, I felt like I was being punished for something bad in my prior life. All thumbs down for me, and this is the 1st time that I have ever written a review of anykind, but I feel the need to warn others.

Buena Vista Suists, was very close to all Disney attractions. Room was clean and spacious, our problem was a very noisy water system when other tenants use de shower, there was a noisy water hammer effect which I reported to the desk employee, the room had enough closet area, bath was fine separete from the vanity area, two large beds and plenty of light thruogh large windows, the minikitchentte was not very good the refrige was very lose from its location the rest of the goods such as the micro wave was good and plenty of coffee suplies, the morning meal breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. In general the hotel location is good very close to expresways and to all of Disney Parks, would I use those facilities? I think so it made my trip very easy.

It was located close to most of the attractions. The pool was in need of cleaning.

This hotel is nothing fancy. It met our goal of being close to Disney World and have room enough for the kids. I liked the separate room with the couch, tv, table, and refrigerator. You could close the door between rooms. The breakfast offered was above average and we all seemed to enjoy it. The outdoor pool needed cleaning and was a little disapointing. Overall I would reccomend this motel to guest who need no frills. Just a good place to stay close to theme parks and you want be spending to much time at the motel.
