Budget Inn & Suites is located 90 minutes West of the George Washington Bridge right on Interstate 80 at the East Stroudsburg Exit (#308). Budget Inn & Suites is 45 minutes from the Allentown/ Bethlehem/ Easton Market and 60 minutes from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Market. It is 3 miles West of the PA/NJ Border & Delaware Water Gap with easy on/off access to Interstate 80 and Route 209.
Dining:
A favorite dining spot with local residents & hotel guests alike. Light, friendly, casual atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant was founded on freshness & quality food at reasonable prices. The 42 item salad bar plus 2 homemade soups & fresh baked bread board are all included free with any dinner entr?e. Hotel guests can order any entr?e or sandwich from the menu & take it back to their room if they wish. Local takeout is also available. To guarantee the quality of all of the food, we do not offer room service delivery for any meal. Dinner is served nightly. Lunch is served Mon-Fri from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm. Complimentary Deluxe Continental Breakfast Buffet is available for the hotel guests Mon-Fri from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. The Big Breakfast Buffet is served Sat & Sun from 7:00 am. There is a charge for the Big Breakfast Buffet on weekends with a generous discount offered to hotel guests. Children's menu is available.

We were not expecting much when we made last-minute reservations and the price was so inexpensive. But we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, convenient to the highway and many attractions. The staff were great at helping us find our way around the area and gave suggestions to us for finding things to do. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was comfortable and we had a great view of the 4th of july fireworks without fighting any crowds!

Clean and did not smell like other hotels I've been to. Many of the breakfast foods were not available when we first arrived. It was a nice place, clean and the staff was friendly. At breakfast there was not a lot there. We ate what we could find and then the staff refilled stuff. That was a little bit of a bummer.

There is nothing budget about this facility except price. Great location off freeway. Pet friendly. Has a self serve laundromat inside hotel. A great free buffet breakfast in the restaurant attached to hotel. A definite keeper.

I didn't got chance to do much inside hotel but it looked good and has lots of things to do. Wverything was nearby and thats the best I liked about this hotel...Nice value for money

I found this hotel on line. I needed a place to stay for the NASCAR race at Pocono. The rate was higher than the published rate for other weekends, but, with it being a Pocono Race, it was understandable. I paid 129.00 per night for a Friday & Saturday night, June 6 & 7. The "normal" rate for the weekend is "89.00 with my AAA discount. Not a bad increase considering. The just finished remodeling the rooms. Nice place. Even the halways which were not "just done" were clean & well maintained. The staff was great. The have a restaurant & bar that can't be beat. Good location just off the interstate. I'll be back anytimme I'm in the Poconos. Thanks

This is NOT a "BUDGET" hotel. From the front desk staff to the janitors who were cleaning the hallways, the staff was well trained & groomed. The rooms are perfect for my needs as a business traveler. Good size work desk, great bed, nice bathroom, free internet.. and the restaurant was really good. (I beleive most hotel restaurants are fair at best and overpriced) The bar was a nice mix of hotel guests and locals who all seemed like they belonged there. I will be back here again when in the Poconos. Thanks to the Staff for a great stay.

nice place and breakfast but there was a party going on outside the rooms at 2am and no one came till almost 3 am to quiet them. that did not last long and police finally came to stop the noise , swearing, and fighting at 3:30 am . this was bad because we needed to rise and attend a college graduation by 9 am .

I was looking for a hotel close to the East Stroudsburg University. There were several. The University told me to stay at another hotel, but this one was closer. The hotel is clean, newly renovated and well run. The staff is more than accomodating and the restaurant is quite good. The free WiFi is an added bonus as well. . I did not get a chance to visit the fitness center, but, it seemed adequate. The only lacking amenity was a pool. For the price of a limited service inn, you get the service of a full service hotel. I will return to this hotel again

Hotel room was pretty standard. No complaints, no frills. Friends and I were in the area for a wedding and did not spend much time at the hotel expect to get ready and then sleep. It was all we needed. The location did not seem like there was a lot to do around the hotel but then again, we weren't looking for things to do.

The Budget Inn & Suites in East Stoudsburg was one of the most pleasant stays we've had. The rooms were very clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful and the restaurant was great. Their salad bar had a multitued of items, including shrimp, and the menu was very family friendly. Even a 12 hour power outage in 85 degree weather (no fault of the hotel) couldn't dampen the experience. Although I would have liked to have received perhaps a dinner voucher or some sort of credit for no power from 2AM to 2pm. The location was beautiful, centrally located with easy access to the freeways. A great value for the $$.

The BUDGET INN of East Stroudsberg offered a sizeable room with a hard mattress that was broken on one side, causing sleepers to gravitate towards the floor. The pillows lacked density, and we needed to pile three a piece under our heads. At check-in the manager was fighting with a grumpy clerk, telling him to go home due to illness. This caused a ten minute delay in my checking in. I was privvy to a lengthy exchange that should have been conducted out of earshot of the customers!!! On the upside, the motel rests at the top of a virtually trafficless street, allowing for a quiet rest, and it is minutes (by car) from quirky boutiques and shopping/retaurants. (RUN to the Dansbury Depot, a fantastic restaurant.) The attached restaurant, J. R.s offers barely palatable food with awful service. We waited a long time for a simple burger, and when it arrived it was not worth the wait. The chicken dishes are awful as well.

Budget Inn and Suites was very convenient to the highway. The Breakfast buffet was good for the money. We would stay there again.It had good cable.
