This place should not even be in business yet on travel website, The rooms are horrible! three words dirty, dirty dirty! need I say more?

Booked on line in advance - learned my lesson. You don't get your $ back from Budget when you see the filth, torn bed sheets, cigarette burn marks on the tub & bedspreads in the No smoking room, Breakfast of coffee & mini buns - that's all; Wireless that only works in the breakfast nook... no ssink/tub stoppers...

I am a former "road musician" whose standards are pretty low when it comes to crap-hole hotels, but PLEASE!!! I checked in and within 30 minutes someone in the housing project right outside my window cranked up his boom box, pounding out the most awful "thump-thump" music the ghetto had to offer. This caused my entire room to shake. Plus, the dog in the next room started barking his head off. I went to the front desk and got them to move me to the OTHER side of the motel, next to a parking lot full of cars with loud, or no mufflers. Although I was on the "non-smoking" floor, someone was smoking up a storm (of course) and the entire hallway reaked. Before retiring that night I decided to take a shower to remove all the "hotel grime" that I had aquired since check-in. But.........NO hot water!!! I called the call the front desk, but there was no one who could help me. I called Travel rep the first thing in the morning and told them I was checking out of that Box hotel and to give me a credit for the remaining 2 night of my resevation. I then checked in at the Red Roof Inn a block away, which a VERY nice!! (I walked in off the street and booked 2 nights for less than the travel website price)

Dirty, unkept and very unsafe. We left and did not stay even 1 night. We were given room keys 3 times to already rented rooms. Carpet and bathroom were disgusting and there was burn marks and junk carved in the night stand. Room keys did not work and we were told by a staff member that there has been a theft problem too.

"this hotel is not suitable for kids, with the neighbors loud music, smoking and carrying on all hours of the night. The saying is true, ""you get what you pay for"" "

"Your better off sleeping in your car in an abandoned ally. Worst hotel (if you can call it that) I have ever stayed at in my life, and i've seen some pretty bad hotels. No blankets, no breakfast, dirty sheets, smelly hotel, rent out rooms by the week. Overall, hotel is horrible--do not stay here. Trust me or you'll regret it."

"the rooms are small, dirty and poorly maintained. no blankets on the beds, too few towels, dirty footprints on the walls, cigarette butt on floor (no smoking facility) high crime area (worst in phoenix per police) carpet is stained and stiff, place smells of cig smoke. Not a good environment for anyone."
