The price. Extra bath towels smelled like smoke. This hotel was what I expected for the price. The big down fall was when we asked for extra towels each day (because they kept leaving two towels when we had four people) smelled like cigarette smoke. This hotel is just somewhere to sleep and nothing more. The pool was drained and the play area for the kids had two swings on the swing set.

the motel room was very small and when i call the front desk to request a cab the person who answered could not understand what i wanted. they kept saying "call 911?" "call 911?" i finally got them to understand that i needed a taxi.

Basically nothing. The staff did not aim to pleaseand I wonder who pockets the money for using the internet. Pool looked very grim and it all need renovation. I would never send anyone visitor to this place.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on our way to the Grand Canyon and it was TERRIBLE. We were first given a "non-smoking" room that reeked of smoke and had to argue with the manager to get a different room. Our new room was extremely hot, had bugs, and the bathroom needed to be renovated terribly. We left the room for a while with the a/c on and a "do not disturb" sign on the door and when we returned, staff had entered and turned off our a/c (although they didn't bother to clean anything while they were there). When we asked where the ice machine was, the manager handed us a bag of ice from his freezer!!! Since I had booked it in advance online, we ended up eating the cost of the second night and staying elsewhere rather than spending another night in this dump. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, hands down. The only good thing about it was that the beds were pretty comfortable. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing at all. Dirty, beds smelly, internet non-functioning. The beds smelled dirty not just the beds the sheets. AC was noisy but efficient. Chair was broken. Towels were exceptionally small and felt like using rough sandpaper. There was a microwave and a fridge in the room neither plugged inand only one outlet! The second room was similar but not fridge or microwave. Definitely our worst experience in our two week trip and thankfully we only sayed there one night.

"The motel was easy to find and was centrally located. It wasn't anything fancy, but it got the job done. We did have to argue a while with the manager to turn on our air conditioning unit on. Otherwise it was a good motel for the budget traveller."

Clean sheets. The pool was empty and no microwave in the room. This motel is very noisey but clean, and did not have a pool or microwave as stated on the web and marque.

"Good place to stay if you are on a budget, but you do hear the train all night."

Good for just a overnight stay. Old and rundown. This hotel was ok for the few hours we stayed there before traveled on to our destination. I do not recommend this hotel for longer than one night.

Location was great. Location right on Rt. 66 - noisy. Hotel experience was nice. Location was both good and not so good. Right on Rt. 66, which means traffic all hours of the night. All in all, we had a great time!

The fellow behind the counter was very friendly. The noise from the traffic from the street was rather loud. This hotel fulfilled my need, which was to have a place to stay after a long drive before I went on to my final destination the next day.

Location was fine. Staff, rooms, noise, door didn't function properly, decor, broken toilet. This hotel was unsatisfactory even for a budget minded traveler. It's outdated with doors that don't close and lock properly, toilets that spew water from the tank, and wall paper that peels from the bathroom walls. I would not reccommend this hotel under any circumstances.

They thought about the comfort of the traveler, such as air conditioner that was away from the bed with a remote. A little close to the railway, hence noisy as Flagstaff trains run through the night. Clean, well equipped rooms. Very friendly staff. Pleasantly decorated, close to downtown & amenities.

The price was right. Overall, the room seemed clean and the staff was friendly. The furniture was way oversized making the room seem very small. Thie lighting was poor. The motel was convenient and met my needs. It was nothing fancy but I felt safe and had a good night's rest.

It was cheap. The bed was harder than the petrified wood we went to see during this trip. The staff was accommodating, but the overall quality of the hotel is lacking.

Nothing. Does not really qualify as a motel. Everything is old and in poor quality. When I asked for ice machine, they went in and took out a very small bag of ice. While they don't offer breakfast, they even don't put coffee makers in rooms. I traveled a lot and have been to all the southwestern states.

Super clean rooms and immaculate. Rude staff, lobby reaked of garlic and curry. Decent hotel with clean small pool and clean rooms but its a 1-star quality hotel. The AC barely worked.

It was a dirty, disgusting, old motel. The clerk barely spoke English and was selling used TVs in the lobby. The room furniture was in horrible condition, the bed was hard as a rock, the bathroom hadbugs smashed on the wall, mold and mildew in the shower, and some of the towels were no longer white. This is the absolutely most disgusting place I have ever stayed.

The room was clean. The desk clerk was friendly. I liked using a key instead of a card. The hotel was a bit run down. The bed was adequate but not comfortable. It had a clean room and a friendly desk clerk.

Very clean rooms. The front desk person (owner) did not speak good English. It was easy to find and exceeded my expectations. Room was clean and and in good shape. Definitely worth the price.
