Location Description:

Budget Host Inn Motel is on the left hand side after McDonalds. -- Directions -- From Boston - From Logan Airport take Route 3 South towards Cape Cod. Go over the Sagamore Bridge on Route 6 East towards Hyannis. Take exit 6 and merge in with traffic off of ramp onto Route 132 South. Go approximately 3.5 miles and the Budget Host Inn Motel is on the left hand side after McDonalds.

We stayed for 1 night. While the room size and accommodations were acceptable for the price, the AC was not working properly, the bathtub was filthy, and there were hairs in the drinking cups. The hotel is located in the busy road with an airport literally on the back yard. It is not within a walking distance to anything. Definitely not coming back.

We needed a reasonable place close to the airport, and this was perfect. It was reasonably priced. The rooms appeared to be recently remodeled. Free wireless and refrigerators in the rooms are always useful. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is close to lots of the Cape towns.

The Budget Host Hyannis Motel was conviently located and very easily accesed,but the room itself was very small and had mold in the bathroom and a toilet that would run after being flushed. The room also was very dimly lit with very little room on each side of the bed. On a more positive note, the desk person was very pleasant and helpful and the price was reasonable for its location.

I was looking for something cheap and that is what I got... Didn't plan on spending much time in the room - just sleeping... Area around was GREAT but the hotel had construction going on next door which woke u up early. so be it no lost time for the vaca. I guess I pretty much got what I expected - The check in staff was very helpful at giving us directions to area's of interest and seemed to care about pleasing our needs... I would visit again if needed... There are cheaper locations such as pine knot...$28 per night for a private cottage... That will be the next stop... Over All C+
