This hotel had very friendly staff that were good at thier job and very helpful when asked anything regarding phuket, I will stay there again in 2007 rooms wre a bit musty and some noise from hotel next door getting renovation but nothing to worry about great atmosphere and beautiful gardens, close to beach and good shopping, generally alround good hotel to stay
