Long Island Expressway, Exit 71, Right 4 miles, on traffic circle -- Directions -- From New York - Take Route 27 - Sunrise Highway to exit 65 north Route 24 north. Take Route 24 north to the traffic circle approximately 8 miles. Go around the traffic circle and make a right after the Shell gas station. We will be on the left.

don't stay there on a Saturday night if you want quiet. They rented out the party room til 2AM and said the manager was unavailable. flyers all over the deserted town advertised a "private party" at $25 per person with a phone # to call.

Quite old hotel and rooms, would need a "refresh". And expensive for the relative confort.

Convenient location. Motel needs renovation. Hotel is adequate or budget minded travelers. This hotel should be priced at least 25% less that other hotels in the area.

Within easy walking distance to downtown Riverhead. Would have been nice if they had a local map of the town, or of the North Fork.

Desk attendant was friendly. Washroom in our room (toilet specifically) was filthy when we arrived.

Room was very old, people hanging around were questionable, and the bed was the hardest I've ever slept in. Other rooms in the area cost twice as much - so you get what you pay for

Nothing. No hot water, didn't clean room 2nd day. Itwasvery disappointing experience. Again, no hot water during our 2 day stay and room wasn't cleaned on 2nd day upon returning from grandaughter's wedding about 6PM.

The Budget Host Riverhead provided acceptable if spartan accommodations for a single overnight stay. The room seemed clean, the building was quiet, and desk service friendly and efficient. There appeared to be maintenance problems: two lights in the room were not working, including the switch nearest the door, windows were dirty, room locks operated by turnkey. Amenities were next to nil: only a pot of coffee in the office building (a walk from our building) for breakfast with no decaf option; the outdoor pool had already been emptied (understandable in early October). On the whole, not a bad experience but not really a bargain.

Nothing! Everything. This hotel was a filthy disgusting mess. It is conveniently located between the state police station and the prison. We couldn't stay there and went over to the Best Western East End.

Price. Weak security, clientele questionable, AC units need filter change. The staff is friendly, but not fluent in English. The building we stayed in had an outside locked door, to its 2 story building. Someone ran an extension cord through that door about 11pm, so anyone could have direct access to the room. The AC unit needed a filter change; only one night table had a lamp, no hangers or blow dryers. Place was shabby and felt unsafe.

Absolutely nothing. Room was filthy, location is terrible andirons didn't work. This hotel was absolutely horrible. It was dingy and dirty, the staff wore plastic gloves when handling items in the office and the attendant gave me two broken irons that had calcium and lime rust all over them. It was so bad that my fiancé and I slept on top of the sheets in our clothes and left bright and early the next day. It was a motel not a hotel.
