I was in town to see Niagara Falls on a weekend during the peak summer season. The Budget Host Inn was conviently located, clean, quiet, and had large rooms. The decor was not quite as modern and the room didn't have some of the extra's (hair dryer, iron, ironing board & coffee maker) but the price was about half what the other motels were asking that weekend. The microwave and refrigerator/freezer were greatly appreciated. The large TV had cable with about 50 channels and excellent reception. Coffee was available in the office 24/7. A light breakfast was also available but I did not eat there. The rooms were all on the first level with ample parking space outside each door. The Budget Host Inn is about 4 miles from the Niagara Falls Parks. The office provided excellent maps and brochures of the area.

the staff were very friendly, the location of the hotel is near all the major attractions, they also offer free shuttle to falls and casino.

The hotel staff was horrible and did not even care about how they treated you. There is no bus shuttle or breakfast, it is seasonal. The rooms smell and it is a very dumpy hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The floor was very dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. The continental breakfast milk and juice was kept in the ice machine ice. The owners are trying hard to do their best, but it is not a good place for those who sign for it on Orbitz and cannot get a full refund if they don't like it. Most people will be disappointed if they believe the amenities are all true. The shuttle bus is the public bus and it is only free on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There is no free newspaper. The pool was not in operation now in June. The worst part is that it is not clean. It should not be listed on Orbitz if because it is showing a 4 out of 5 rating when this is not right, or at least the rating can be lowered. I don't want to hurt the owners business, but this is not a place for those used to clean motels. The neighborhood is safe, but this is a motel for the common people.

Only location. The rooms are not in good shape. The breakfast is awful!

The Budget Host Inn Niagara Falls, NY was barely passable as accommodations. The room itself was in desperate need of an update. The bathroom fixtures were cracked or crumbling, shelves were barely attached to walls, and wallpaper was pealing. The beds were lacking any king of blanket besides the comforter, the dressers and end tables had peeling veneer, showing their age. There was also no alarm clock present. The main problem was the almost unbearable smell of disinfectant in the room. It was overwhelming, even after opening windows in the room (not wanting to leave them open overnight since it was ground floor rooms only). The walls were incredibly thin and the Internet WiFi was exceptionally weak as well. On the plus side, the shower had good pressure and was hot, and checkout was easy. Do yourself a favor and stay on the Canadian side. The entire area this hotel is in is borderline slum.

The staff was helpful, called a cab, accommodating. Room smelled awful, was dirty, walls were peeling, bed was dirty. The hotel overall was old, run down, overused and poorly up kept. It was the Bare essentials, which is a generous statement. By far, the worst place both my boyfriend and I have ever stayed. We awoke the next morning desperate to get home to the comfort of our own place.

5 seconds to check-out - all set. Cigarette smell filled inside room. Toilet flush failed twice. If you want a cheap hotel and not worried about proximity to Niagara Falls or room quality then Budget Host Inn is quite alright, otherwise, complimentary breakfast was horrible and hotel room filled with staunch cigarette smell. Toilet flush failed twice and caused us problems. Faster check-in and check-out.

Location is good. Room was too small and dirty. Room was too dirty, all the furnishings are too old, staff was not friendly at all. Over all it was not a good place for a family.

It was convenient from restaurants and Niagara falls. Room smelled cigarettes, peeling paints, noisy AC. We stayed one night with little kids. Rooms were crampy, the cigarette odor was overwhelming. The noise from the AC kept kids awake all night long. I would not recommend this to my friends and family members for their future hotel stay.

There is nothing to say good about it. No one liked that hotel in our group. My rating is zero.

Convenient parking, close to restaurants, upgraded bathroom. Furniture run down dimly lit. Not what I expected for a 3 star hotel. Would not recommend to friends.

Location. Cigarette smell in the room, room and bathroom not clean, no clean towels, unfriendly staff, toilet not flushing, totally very bad experience. Our stay was very unpleasant. Our room was filled with cigarette smell and our clothes started to smell like cigarette, toilet was not flushing, we were not able to close the window drapes, towels were not clean, we just wanted to get out of the room as soon as possible. This was the worst hotel we ever stayed. Never want to go again to this hotel.

Nothing liked here. Very poor and bad hotel. The room smelled bad and also very congested. Never go and stay here for any of the holidays. This hotel is very bad in all sense.
