The Budget Flats in Leuven have been provided with all comfort and are the ideal start to stay in this university city for a longer period. The Budget Flats are located at a walking distance of the shopping center, several museums, bars and restaurants in Leuven.92 comfortably equipped flats are located in this residence, which all provide a TV, sofa, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Budget Flats does not have it's own restaurant, but you may of course use the kitchenette in your studio and several dining possibilites are located in the neighbourhood. You may choose between the budget studio, which has been provided with all comfort, or a student flats with a basic interior. Every studio has it's own bathroom and kitchenette with fridge. Sometimes the studios have a separate sleeping corner.
