The Budds Beach Apartment is just a short distance from the picturesque Budds Beach and the famous Surfers Paradise Beach. This property is less than 10 minutes walk from Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers Paradise and the focal point for many of the Gold Coast's social activities, restaurants, night-clubs and shopping.The hotel offers a heated swimming for guests to nourish their spirits, by taking a cool rejuvenating dip after an exhausting day. Set in the tropical surrounds, the BBQ area is the right place to prepare a picnic meal and enjoy at leisure. Facilities such as fax and internet access is also on offer to meet the needs of corporate travellers.The hotel rooms are equipped with amenities like alarm clocks, TVs, telephones, radios, coffee and tea makers, high-speed Internet access, microwaves, refrigerators, irons, and ironing boards.Surfers Paradise is now well and truly revving up with the Gold Coast Nikon Indy 300. During what is sure to be 4 days of thrilling action, the Gold Coast will play host to in excess of 170,000 visitors. In the lead up to this event, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the regulations in place at Budds Beach to ensure the safety of our guests: Maximum share in the apartments is 5 adults. Maximum occupancy including visitors to the apartment during the day is 8 adults. We request that all guests and visitors refrain from leaning on the balustrades/railings. This is of upmost importance to your safety.Schoolies 2009: Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. We reserve the right to reject Schoolies bookings between 15 Nov - 7 Dec 09. If bookings are made, they will be cancelled and not refunded.

Found the appartment to be a big dissapiontment, no bed sheets for the sofa bed and the quilt was disgusting. room very small swimming pool dirty no view except for a big tree outside patio. worst of the 4 hotels i booked with you and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. very dissapionted overall

maybe add a little more facilities in the kitchen. A little complimentary food/fruit basket would be most welcome and appreciated. Overall, the place is quiet and i love it.

To put it briefly, the shower pressure was no good the stove made our electricity cut out three times then the stove wouldnt work and by the time management changed rooms for s it was time for us to go!!!!!

Not just good or very good, it is quiet as well. I've had a wonderful time there. It is clean, practicle close to everything and The Best!!!! Definatelly go back there again. Reception is very resourcful, and very kind. Security parking, what else would you want. 5 *******

The best apartment i ever stayed. Very independent, clean, easy to deal with. Everything i need as a tourist is there for me including a shuttle bus to airport on the way back were arranged for me as well.I feel safe and comfortable. I look forward to come again to stay here.

The apartment was filthy, the kitchen floor was sticky, the spare blanket was stained and stunk, there was nothing provided to clean the apartment with. Not very nice at all.

Pleasant 5 night early Sept. 2008 experience, friendly helpful staff, well appointed air conditioned #15 unit on third floor,(4 floors counting basement secure parking garage) quiet location & easy walking distance to shopping, bus & beaches. Not suitable for the infirm/wheelchairs as there is no lift. If raining there is no cover from garage to reception & unpacking/packing is a chore with no lift & many stairs.
