A little bit off the beaten track if your unfamiliar with brussels - but very good value pricewise with quite large rooms. Friendly staff and good breakfast

Brussels VisitWe had booked triple bedded rooms to keep down costs. What we were given were perfect - duplex rooms with two single beds upstairs and one downstairs. Toilets on each level. Lots of space and a reasonable breakfast. Staff were helpful - advising on taxis and local places to eat and drink.

Well situated for the side of town we were visiting but a bit out from the the centre. Tram stop outside was convenient but made rooms at the front a little noisy. Not much choice of restaurants within walking distance. 13 Euros for breakfast on the high side but there is a cafe over the road where a good one can be had for 5 Euros.

Absolutely huge rooms with a mezzanine level, could do with a lick of paint but generally fine, pretty central and a tram stop right ourside as well, taxi right into the heart of the old town cost 15 Euros at 1am. TV's have cable with BBC 1 - 4 as well. Only letdown is no wireless in rooms (but free wifi in reception lobby).

Their rooms are great clean spacious comfy; and the desk staff are great. They called the Hop on Hop off Tour group and had them pick me up they bent over backward to make me feel at home and help me get my bearings in this so much to see City

The room the hotel put us in was an absolute disgrace. Third world standard. When we asked for a change of room, we were told the hotel was full. We were given all sorts of excuses and quite frankly, because of having the dog with us we were treated like social lepers. The room was not cheap, it was nasty and tacky. My garage at home was better furnished. On getting out of the lift to the floor there was paint and other stains all over the carpet. The room stunk of cigarette smoke (stale of course). The bed covers were something I wouldn't even have put in the dog's basket.We were treated like this because of the dog. Quite frankly I would rather they had refused to have the dog at the hotel rather than treat us like this. Our holiday was then ruined as we had to spend our full day in Brussels looking for another hotel. We did eventually find one and they treated us wonderfully. I can honesly say you ruined our holiday in Belgium.Thanks a lot.

20 years ago should be a great hotel... I was in room 418Bed is asking to be changed urgently and bathroom curtain too Carpet near the bathroom door needs to be shampoo and netcurtains are not any more whiteNo air conditioning in the room and no internet in the room as well

Hotel may require a slight renovation, especially old-fashioned curtains and beds that appear too soft, but again this is subjective opinion. Overall I enjoyed the stay with very good breakfasts and excellent location of the Brussels hotel. Would stay again there.

Good hotel and I would use it again but pricy and the front of the hotel is very noisy from cars etc. Area is Ok and some good restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Good breakfast

The location is a little far from the centre of the city, but on the plus side, tram 94 stopped right outside the hotel. The neighbourhood was also very safe. The reception staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious.
