Great complimentary happy hour and breakfast! Room had mini fridge and two flat screen tv's

Service was good and friendly. Waited 20 minutes past check in time for room to become available. My experience was pleasant. The room was nice as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast they provided was good. Overall I enjoyed my experience. My only complaint was that I had to wait 20 minutes past my check in time for a room to become available.

All the hotel staff were very helpful and the service was great. The only downside was road construction out front that went late into the night. Of course there is nothing that the hotel could do about that. Also really great location relative to the Inner Harbor restaurants etc.

Friendly staff ,very clean ,excellent free breakfast buffet. Very small room, AC not functioning, lots of street noise. Convenient hotel with a friendly staff but ask for a room to fit your needs and one away from the city street.

Upon arrival, I was told that I HAD to buy a $9.99 per day package that included internet, telephone discounts and some coupons for stuff that I don't even remember. I said I didn't need any of that so I'd like to decline. They insisted that it was mandatory! After several exchanges, I became a bit upset (but not rude), and said that they should have been honest about their price up front before the reservation, not change the price after arrival! Only then did the desk person back down and offer to "remove the charges."

I had two hotel rooms over the weekend. I don't know which one you are asking about.

I really liked the hotel. It had an art deco type feel. The beds were extremely comfortable. Staff worked hard to make my stay convenient

Great service! The entire staff was fantastic! Great location! It didn't smell very good - it needs an extensive face-lift.

The only issue we had was the housekeeping staff could not get things done correctly when it came to wash clothes. When we arrived there was none. On our last night we had one wash cloth. This is a matter that requires more attention. In fairness to the staff when we asked for wash cloths they were given to us in a timely manner.

Great location short walk to inner harbor, staff terrific and all great with kids. Free drinks at happy hour and free breakfast a nice touch --with great harbor view. Disappointed child when the shark didn't show up at the Sat breakfast. Rooms a bit shabby--need new shower curtains, paint, etc. No parking lot--must find your own. But overall nice stay.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast is very nice, as is the internet access. The only downsides I would consider are 1) all floors but the 11th have a ceiling height of 6'1" and 2) it's a city hotel so you can't help but get some of the noise of the city. If you want a place that is convenient to the sights of Baltimore, and comfortable, this might be a good choice for you!

Clean and good location. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. We upgraded to a suite and it had a great view. The breakfast in the cloud room had many options.

I went down for the weekend with my friends for the NFL draft. It was great. Two blocks away from Inner Harbor and not that far, aprox 5 to 7 blocks, from Camden Yards. We stayed at a different hotel further away last year to save on money, but spent it on taxi fairs. So staying here we saved money. No bar just alcohol you can buy down in the lobby. They also charge you an extra $10.00 for internet access in your room and a pass for pool and gym near the hotel. Computer with internet down in lobby.

The perks offered with shuttle service, afternoon entertainment and breakfast. The business center needs to have more computers and vending machines. This was my first experience staying at a hotel in the inner harbor and I had a great time. The guest should really pay for the concierge parking it saves a lot of money in the long run. It can really get busy with the traffic but my stay was well worth my expectations.

Family friendly-special things for children. Rooms were hot! AC was not turned on and the higher rooms were unbearable. Husband has medical condition which affects his ability control body temperature. Although the staff was nice, we had many things go wrong. We asked for a crib and roll away at our 7pm check in time. The baby was exhausted. It was after 10pm before either came. The rooms were hot thermostat said over 80. No AC was available - we were told it had not been turned on yet. As my husband has a medical condition that affects his ability to regulate body temperature - he was miserable and so were we.

All the staff was accomadating, polite, friendly, you name it. They were great. Located right in the inner harbour we were able to walk everything we were doing. The only time we needed are car was for the short 10 min drive to the zoo. The hotel was spotless and our room was great, very clean and spacious. Traveling with two boys can be challenging. The only downfall in this hotel was its breakfast. The view was pretty, located at the top of the hotel, you could see part of the Inner Harbour while eating. The food was pretty bad though. I understand that breakfast is included with your stay, so you don't really expect much, but two out of our three mornings our pancakes were literally hockey pucks. Could use lots of improvement. We still would go back anyday. Thank you to the staff that made my family's vacation more enjoyable.

Location. The air conditioning did not work in the first room we were. The comforter was not clean and when asked to replace we never got the replacement.
