one night stayExcellent. Made to feel very welcome with complimentary quality coffee and refreshment on arrival. Bags taken to room which was over and above the service expected. Very clean and comfortable room with every possible extra. Breakfast was cooked to order and couldn't be faulted, delicious. We were impressed.

Excellent B&BWe have stayed in Torquay a number of times and this B&B is one of the best.Very friendly hosts who cant do enough for you and great if you have kids.Our room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge to keep the pletiful supply of drinks given to us by the owners.I'd recommend this B&B to any family looking for a freindly place to stay. Its also in easy walking distance to the seafront.

Thehoteliers were more than accommodating. My family and I have never stayed in such a friendly atmosphere. The food offered was excellent. The children felt 'at home' and wished that they were able to spend a few more days. We will certainly be booking again next time we are in Torquay.

Brooklands is situated in centre of Torquay, with easy access to the beach and shops. The owners of the guest house are very friendly and made us welcome. The rooms are comfortable with homely environment. Well catered for special dietary needs such as vegan and vegeterians. My husband and I really enjoys our stay at the Brooklands and have booked to stay there in September. For us the service was of a 5* rating.Chandrika and Dilip

We really enjoyed our stay at Brooklands. Great breakfast, lots of choice and plenty of it! Order taken then night before so service was quick. Owners really friendly. It was our first visit to Torquay and they gave us plenty of tips on where to go and how to get there. Decent size rooms, clean and comfortable.
