business man come to cambridge often stayed at the brooklands many time well recommmended ideal location next to train and leisure center wi fi free staff very helpful

Booked for 2 nights. First night I could not sleep because of squeaking B&B sign outside the window. Since I could not sleep, I called the guy. He was unhappy I woke HIM, and refused to do anything about it, so my sleepless night continued. As the wind strengthened, the squeaking got longer and louder. I left in he morning. He had the cheek to charge me for my sleepless night - and the second night. I recommend he contributes his ill-gotten gains to a course in basic Customer Service and some much needed maintenance.
