The Broadway Plaza Hotel is a cozy and intimate boutique hotel located in the heart of New York City, at 27th Street and Broadway.

The hotel completed their renovation on all guestrooms and bathrooms in 2007. Guests will enjoy new cherry wood furniture with new pillow top mattresses, down feather beds and granite countertops in the restrooms.

This inviting and friendly hotel offers 69 rooms and suites that includes continental breakfast and 24 hour complimentary coffee/tea service in the room rate.

The hotel is just minutes from Times Square, Madison Square Garden, the Empire State Building, the Theater District, SOHO, Greenwich Village, Macy's and Herald Square and all the fabulous shopping of Fifth and Sixth Avenue.

All Broadway Plaza Hotel rooms offer gem toned decor featuring (2) two line telephones, work desk, cable TV with HBO and 4 ESPN'S,over 80 Pay Per View movies, CD Library, Express Check out in 4 languages, iron board/irons, IPOD/IPAD docking stations, 42 inch LED flat screen tvs and hairdryers. Wireless hi speed Internet access is available at $9.95 per day. Safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk and all guest rooms have in room safes. Certain rooms have scenic views of the Empire State Building.

The hotel does allow pets of 25 pounds or less. If the guest is sight impaired, there is no weight or size limit. However, an additional $100 deposit is required at check in and there is an additional $50 cleaning fee for all guests that have pets in their rooms. This deposit is returned at check out if no damage has been done to the room. Pets cannot be left in the room unattended at any time due to possible noise/barking. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Any guest paying the required incidentals/security deposit at check-in with cash, will need to provide $200.00 rather than the usual $100.00. If they use a credit card, the deposit amount will still remain $100.00.

What are your breakfast options?: We offer a complimentary light continental breakfast to all guests each day from 7:00am-10:00am. We do not have a restaurant on property but there are many within walking distance of the hotel.
What transport is available to get around?: There are taxis, subways, trains, buses and private car services.
What can I do nearby?: We are close to the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Macys and Herald Square, Penn Station, Union Square etc. You can be anywhere in the city within 15-20 minutes.
Do you have internet?: We do have wireless internet at $9.95 per day.
Do you provide parking?: The parking garage is called Central Parking and is located at 33 W. 28th Street. It is a public garage located one block from the hotel on 28th Street between 6th Avenue and Broadway. There are 2 different Central Parking garages on the same block so please make sure to select the correct one which is on the left hand or North side of the street, closer to Broadway.

We have no affiliation with them but are able to get our guest’s a discounted rate of $25 per 24 hrs. Over size vehicles and SUV's are $10 extra per day and your vehicle cannot be over 6 ft. high as it is an indoor garage. You cannot reserve a parking space in advance but they are always available and the garage is open 24 hrs. a day. Please let the Front Desk know you are parking at the garage before you go to pay and they will provide you a discounted parking sticker that you can affix to your claim ticket. Present your claim ticket to the cashier at the parking garage and the discounted rate will be offered when paying for and picking up your car.
