Britannia Hotel Leeds BradfordGood value for money accommodation, bar and bar meal prices very good for a hotel - didn't feel ripped off like you sometimes do in a hotel, very reasonable and good service by bar staff.Bedroom was not 100% clean, hair on the bathroom floor and edges of carpet not vacuumed, mirror not very clean. Would also suggest that the door closers were adjusted so that they don't bang so loudly, thus waking guests up when other guests leave their rooms early in the morning.

Cleanliness good but let down by bedroom windows extremely dirty outside. Pricing would be very expensive if full rack rate prices paid.

Bedrooms were 'well used' and not overly clean dust on shelves, surfaces etc. Bathroom ok but small. Breakfast - hot food , freshly cooked and hot - staff not that pleasant , tea and coffee in short supply and slow to be replaced.

Great dealI have nothing to say in the negative, it was perfect if you are looking for a place to stay either before or after a flight from the airport--it is only a five minute drive from there.

Stay enabled us to visit new grandsonThe three course meals were not only excellent value, but well presented and well cooked. All staff were both considerate,courteous & extremely helpful, above and beyond the call of duty.The Spa facilities were excellent and very well maintained; again staff here were friendly and helpful. Excellent!Because of its position, ideally suited for a city or a countryside break.

Very poor service, I waited for over 25 minutes to check in despite being the only person in the queue and the clerk behind the desk kept ignoring me to do other tasks.The "carvery" was a major disapointment with only one roast available and no choice of vegetables.Overall a major faceless hotel chain who wont be getting my business again.

The set evening meal was very poor. The breakfast was OK. We were looking for a venue for speakers but we will not be using this venue.

Britannia Hotel Leeds/BradfordThe overall feel of the hotel is very dated and it is certainly in need of a major refurb. The room I had was drab and the furniture tatty and old fashioned. The windows were dirty, the curtain poles broken and the overall standard of cleaniness poor. The bath room was univiting with mouldy tiling and a door in need of replacement. The complimentary toiletries were of the lowest standard possible. The plumbing was noisy particularly from the adjascent rooms. I asked for a comments sheet, but reception didn't have any and advised to email them (no response as yet). Note that there are no cash facilities at the hotel and since it's a bit out in the sticks, make sure you have cash before you go (otherwise it's a walk to a nearby pub where they have a cash machine but it charges)

This conference Hotel has no concept of customer care or service.Sullen reception staff.Wash hand basin had large unhygienic crack. Pillow case had stains(blood?)on both sides.I left note--but same pillow case put back on bed. Breakfast only positive aspect of stay.

Britannia Hotel, Leeds Bradford AirportThe hotel was very good; the gym, rooms etc, however the restaurant is a carvery now and it needs to have a wider selection than simply one type of meat on offer. Most carveries would have 2 or 3 as a selection. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay.

great for the pricegreat hotel, brilliant price in lovely rural location yet not too far from Leeds (approx 30 mins taxi) Near airport. Just spent a lovely weekend there, hotel is lovely modern and clean with pool! would recommend this hotel for a reasonable cost break. Also had happy hour on drinks from 12 to 7pm which was great, very reasonable prices for hotel this category. Loved it!
