I had a delightful stay and would not go by some of the 'over the top' reviews. The hotel staff were very nice and I found my room to be very clean (if a little bit small). My wife found the bed very comfy, whilst my children did complain the hotel only had a pool table to keep them entertained. I was in particular impressed by the restaurant staff, James and Katie, who ensured us a delight dinner and even provided the children with some play packs. The reception staff provided us with useful bus links in to the City Centre and places they recommended us to visit. 10/10 for service, just needs some new carpets!!Date of Stay: January 2010
