This hotel is in a great location. We didn't move our car once while we stayed there. Everything was in close walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Brighton Suites' location is excellent. A block from the beach and a block from Rehoboth's main drag. The hallway set-up is rather awkward; maneuvering the luggage cart from elevator to room can be tricky. Brighton Suites' location is great, as it's a block up to the beach/boardwalk and a block away from Rehoboth's shopping district. The rooms are very clean; housekeeping staff checks in in the evening to replenish towels, which is nice.

There service overall was good. Our room was on the 4th floor on the end which was quiet. On the website it lists breakfast...they offer NO BREAKFAST, but did give us a voucher for one of our days to eat at the restaurant next door. The pool was extremely dirty. The 3rd floor has an outdoor area which is great for just lounging on the roof. The room was nice and clean.

Loved the rooftop patio. First room had no A/C. Rooms are very dark. This hotel might have lacked ambiance, however their friendly and responsive staff more than compensated for the renovation which seems to be progressing slowly. The location is ideal, close but far enough away from the noise and congestion of the main street. The off street parking is a definite plus. Feeding a quarter every 10 minutes made my legs tired and my husband's ears sore!

This was a great holiday weekend get-away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close proximity to all the happenings in town. Close to the water. The hotel provided beach umbrellas and chairs. The town hasd a very exciting family oriented atmosphere everywhere but well managed by the authorities.

The Brighton Suites Hotel was very comfortable. The location was very close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We would go back there again.

Spacious room. Hallways had an unattractive and odd setup, also very hot in hallways. Great location! Walking distance to everything we wanted. Would not say it was a 2.5 star in comparison to others we've stayed at. Originally received a room with broken A/C, but were given a different room after several hours. It is easy to see that the staff are trying to make improvements and that it could be a 2.5 star within a short time.

Considering you are only 2-3 blocks from the boardwalk the winter rate was very worthwhile. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heated pool was a little cool for my grandson but the hours were great.

The Brighton Suites Hotel was convenient for walking around Rehoboth Beach. It was 1 block from the boardwalk and 1 block to downtown shoppes and restaurants. The room was spacious. It was nice to have a separate bedroom and a TV in the bedroom as well as the sitting/efficiency area.

The rooms were spacious and updated. Very clean. Gave us beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, bikes etc. The pool was small and therewas some renovations being done.

The Brighton Suites was a great place to stay. It is centrally located and right in the middle of all the good things Rehoboth has to offer. We were only a block from the beach, and near a great selection of restaurants. We parked our car on arrival and never used it again until we checked out.(parking is a wonderful amenity due to the parking restrictions on the streets.)Every thing was clean and the staff was always pleasant and accomodating. We had plenty of towels, and loved having a mini fridge and microwave in our room.

Newly renovated - comfortable room. Public areas in midst of renovation - those not yet renovated were in poor shape. The Brighton Suites Hotel would be a fine choice for families who like a hotel close to the beach that provides the extra room a suite makes possible. It has a very limited lobby area and a very small pool - though next to it is a very large sun deck that should be nice in the summer. My only complaint is that public areas of the hotel (garage, hallways, pool area) were in need of attention. Lobby was under renovation so I'll withhold judgment on that pending completion of that work. Staff was OK but not extra helpful.

It's location to the beach. The staff was very willing to help us find a space in their garage for our large van. We liked everything, but the lobby was under construction. Nice hotel near the beach. Very near Rohoboth Avenue. The staff was friendly.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was under renovation. We visited during the off season. It was a short get away from the hometown. The suite was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Even though there were renovations going on, the hotel was very well taken care of. I would stay there again.
