Firstly, find the seafront. This can be done by following the A23 signposted City Centre and or Seafront. On your right you will pass the historic Brighton Pavilion before arriving at the sea and the Brighton Pier (formerly and locally known as the Palace Pier).At this roundabout turn right and follow the seafront until you reach the West Pier (the now crumbling great old lady). Here you can make the next available right onto Preston Street. From Preston Street take the next available right and this will lead you onto Regency Square. The Brighton House is located on the North-East corner of the square.

Sunny weekend away!I thought that the accomodation was in a fantastic location and was very pleasant to stay in - the staff were very friendly and attentive. My only criticism, and this is just me really, was that there was no cooked english breakfast on offer, having said that, there was a nifty cafe on the street close by which was fab. Would definitely stay at the hotel again as it was quality!

Brighton House is a brilliant, small hotel within convenient walking distance of the major attractions.Although a full English breakfast was not available the selection and quality of organic foods was truly delicious and could not be faulted. When we returned at night there was a slice of delicious banana cake waiting for us, a nice and unusual touch.Although we only stayed one night we found the hotel to be quiet and incredibibly comfortable. Everything was of such a high standard we could find no fault and will be recommending to all of our friends.

Superb hotel, I travel a lot on busines and have seen many hotels. This one is really top draw but for a good price. Would certainly recomend and I will use again myself.

Nice location - quiet but central for town and seafront. Friendly staff, comfortable bed (bathroom sink very small and towels pristine clean but scruffy).

A good, decent find! I come to Brighton often and was pleasantly suprised by the Brighton House. The check-in was easy and helpful. the room was not trying to be flashy but had everything you needed and most importantly for me was very clean (and for Brighton good value!) . The real surprise was the breakfast; a big easy going buffet with loads of organic treats such a wild salmon and organic hams. I'll be back, for sure.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean hotel, good solid breakfast. A shame about the one major drawback: a lot of sound coming in from the other rooms. Listening to your upstairs neighbours 'romantic' antics at 3AM after they've been out on the town all night is not my idea of a good night's sleep. If I ever visit Brighton again, I'd book a hotel outside of the city (which will probably be much cheaper) and travel in for the day.

The hotel was easy to find with discounted parking in the underground carpark in Regency Square. The breakfast leant more towards the continental style with a selection of cereals, bread, cold meats, cheese, eggs (hard & soft) and fruit. The food was of a good quality but I prefer a traditional "English" breakfast when I am on a break. My main gripe is the room. I booked a small double bedroom but wasn't prepared for just how small it was. I honestly doubt that I could have swung the hotel's cat around it had I been so inclined (I wasn't)! However, the bed was very comfortable and the apples left in the room were a very nice touch.The bathroom was tiny. The corner sink was just too small and impractical for a contact lens wearer - it left nowhere for me to place my solutions whilst cleaning my lenses over the sink. The shower cubilce was small but very powerful.

Brighton House is located just a few yards from the English Channel on a quiet square. It is also very close to the main shopping area in Brighton. The gardens in front of the hotel are nice to view. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfest was excellent, especially the choice of fish. It was very pleasant to stay there.

Very central, close to both the seafront and the main shopping area. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished. We will definitely try and book with Brighton House on our next visit.

sorry for the delay to reply to you e mail, just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the brighton house hotel. It was a shame it was only a short break as my wife and I would have loved to have been there longer as we were made to feel 'at home'. it was great to have a relaxed breakfast without our children and the room was great. I will have no problem in recommending the hotel to our friends and family and I'm sure we will be booking in again soon.

We had a twin room downstairs which was v comfortable. The room was spacious, linen white and crisp and the bathroom had a good shower and was spotless. The breakfast was a buffet with loads of choice and it was all v tasty and in a nice setting. Service was friendly. Brighton is expensive so no bargains but would stay again.

This was such a great find. At first it seemed a little ordinary, but as you look closer the attention to detail was great in that they are energy saving, using fair trade products and as far as possibly organic foods of a great standard and variiety. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and would stay again.

Brighton House was a lovely place to stay. I stayed in the single room, and although small, had everything I needed, was clean and well, you don't spend much time in there anyway. The organic breakfast was top notch and the service very friendly and attentive. Good value for money compared to say the Charter Hotel where my friends stayed. Can highly recommend.

Wonderful stay worth it for the organic breakfast alone!! Nice sheets and duvet lots of stairs if you are on the top floor! Could not fault it would stay again.
