Bridge of Cally Hotel

The Bridge of Cally Hotel nestles in the foothills of the picturesque Glenshee - gateway to the Highlands. The friendly, family run hotel is placed on the banks of the river Ardle and is a perfect base to explore Scotland. Each of the 18 en-suite rooms have been recently refurbished to a very comfortable standard and are all equipped with colour televisions, hair dryers, tea & coffee making facilities and guest information packs. The hotel serves excellent home cooked food produced from locally sourced ingredients to give a true taste of Scotland. Open all day for food, the diner has the choice of the informal conservatory or the tastefully decorated Bridge Room. The well stocked bar area offers comfy seating, a wood burning stove and a very good selection of whiskies and real ale. Perthshire boasts excellent outdoor activities such as golf, salmon fishing, walking, cycling, shooting, deer stalking, canoeing, falconry and many more - most of which can be organised through the hotel. There are many historic castles in the surrounding area (Braemar Castle - Scottish home to HRH the Queen) is a short drive away not to mention the many distilleries in the area. The hotel has safe storage for any sporting equipment along with drying facilities.
