What a complete dump of a hotel. My room was cleaned once while I was there and they never even replenished the soap or towels! And if you don't mind the guest next door beating the daylights out of his girlfriend while she screams for help...then this is the place for you. They couldn't pay me to stay here again. Too bad because the location is not bad.

Views, waterfront dining, cleanliness, comfort. Required $10 valet fee/parking. Very nice at a great price, views from every room and great waterfront restaurant in the lobby.

I stayed for 6 nights and must say that this place was a filthy run down dump! Never a thought of stealing towels from this place as they were old , white worn- out towels that my grandmother would have ripped up for dust rags! Maid service was a laugh - they came and made the bed only- the bathroom was as clean as a gas station restroom. If you are desperate and broke and must stay in Boca then this place is for you!

We had booked a room w/ King bed, but they put us in a room with two doubles. A call to the front desk fixed the situation immediately, and we were transferred to a new room. Good quick response by staff, but only one elevator was working all weekend, and it took a long time to get up & down. Also, the hotel adds a $10.00 per day "convenience" fee - why isn't that included in the guaranteed rate?

Location. Poor housekeeping of room. Used glasses and a full cup of coffee left when room made up between 1st & 2nd nights. No clean glasses left.

I have travelled to many countries and all 50 States, and this is my favorite hotel. I had eaten many meals at the Boca Bridge, prior to this, however, this was my first stay, and I will definitely return when in this area. The service is outstanding---employees are the best---whether serving you drinks/snacks at poolside or parking your rental auto. It is perfect for relaxing and just plain enjoying yourself.

Great Location! This hotel adds $10 total per night. This hotel is in an great location. I only stayed for one night and did not have any problems. The view from the west wing is excellent!

It was a really great stay. Called ahead to inform we would be bringing our family pet and they did not have the room available as booked but upgraded at no charge. Valet and front desk personnel very friendly. Parking fee is usual for this area and valet is additional tips only but worth it on Sundays because the champagne brunch at Carmens (top floor) brings alot of locals so self parking that day can be difficult until late afternoon. My only dissatisfaction was with WaterColors Cafe wait staff. Service was very slow and once food (good food and reasonably priced) was served they never returned to see if we needed anything more and they were not busy. Asked for a glass of water with breakfast and never got it and no second cup of hot tea was offered...maybe because they never bothered to come back except to deliver the bill. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again at lunch and it was even worse (now they were busy). So the next day we ordered room service for breakfast (very reasonably priced) and it was GREAT AND DELIVERED ON TIME. The pool deck area is very small so if you plan on spending the day lounging at the pool get there by mid morning (at least on the weekends) and stake out your space. Pool is completely round and alittle small but very nice. We stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor (pet floor) nice size and the rooms was very clean, the decor was a bit dated (no big deal). This is definitely a "boutique" type hotel with only 121 rooms and a great location. We have family in the area and can't wait to go back.

the hotel was okay, location good. what i did not like about was that the room smelled bad , i had to buy plugins fragances to be able to enjoy the stay. After complaining 3,4 times, on the last day they finally took care of it by cleaning the carpet and that helped a lot.The bathroom needs to be remodeled.the sheets should be changed more often, in one week stay they only changed them ones, after complaning a few times. The housekeeping staff should really make the beds not just pull the covers over,they vacumed my room only one time, again after complaning.It's a little price for whath you get. If they can fix some of these problems the hotel could be better and maybe a possibility that i could choose this hotel again.

Located in nice area. Mold in the bathrooms. Hotel was in nice area but was definitely showing age and mold in bathroom. Carpet was smelly and old.

Over all this hotel is very nice. The desk has people that can make a fast decision. But if I had to say anything negative it might be non-valet parking is limited. This service is free, but I am not the valet kind of person. We did want to take advantage of a breakfast service they have but when we placed the card on the door like the instructions said to do, when we woke the next morning the card was still on the door and we could only assume no staff had gone to pick up the cards. I didn't ask or bring it to their attention, but it did take some of the fun out of the stay. not much of a complaint though. Otherwise the view is great, bed was excellent and the place was clean... what more would you want.

I booked this room for myself and my husband for our anniversary at $169.00 a night with the expectations of a four star hotel, and ended up with a two star at best. The rooms are very old and out of date. The bathroom is tiny and there was a disgusting amount of lime build up on the showerhead. There was a blood stain on the "vanaty" stool, and the mirror and sink area were not cleaned properly. The sliding glass door to the balcany had hand prints all over it. The tuner dial on the alarmclock was broken. We could also hear the A/C units in the neighboring rooms running all night. It was not a pleasent experience. You would have better luck with at a Motel 6. At least then you know what your getting. However, the staff is pleasent and the view from the room was nice. But if you have a choice between here and somewhere else, stay somewhere else.

This hotel was a great choice for the money. The hotel was clean and secure and the staff were all very helpful with our requests. The hotel has a good location just of A1A between Hillsboro and Palmero which get you out to I-95 in either direction. There are several good restaurant choices within an easy 5 minute drive of the hotel. There are two restaurants on site - Watercolors on the lobby level is more casual and reasonably priced. The food and service were both good. Carmens is located on the 11th floor and the food is good but it is very expensive. The service was slow, but I believe it is designed that way, this restaurant is meant to be an event, not just a meal. There is a band and dancing a few nights a week. The pool is very simple, but it is conveniently located next to the pool bar which also services Watercolors Restaurant. The only drawbacks are that there is no hot tub and you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool. The beach is an easy walk from the hotel. You can check out pool towels at the front desk and beach towels from the valet. It does cost $10.00 per day to park a car, so keep that in mind. You can rent wave runners and boats right at the hotel. There is construction just across the inter coastal waterway, but it did not disturb our stay. I travelled with my two boys 8 and 10 and although the pool is quite simple, they found plenty to do. Based on room prices in Boca, this hotel was a great choice for the money and we would stay here again.

We tried to check-in into our room a little early, it wasn't ready. No big deal. We went back after 3PM (normal check-in time), and it STILL was not ready. When we finally got to our room, it seemed nice. A short time later we discovered the noisy air conditioner unit that didn't cool the room; the bathroom that you had to straddle the commode in order to shut the door; a balcony that you can see into the rooms on either side of you. In order to get to the small pool you have to walk through the resturant/bar area, that was not very pleasant. There is no hot tub. There is a sauna, but it's located in the "exercise room" that is on the parking ramp. There also was the $10/day "service fee" that is to include bottled water, valet parking, etc. It is a very unnecessary added cost, and not worth the $10! The only thing I can say was a positive was that our room was VERY clean, and housekeeping did a wonderful job!! I would recommend staying at one of the many lovely FIRST-CLASS hotels in the area. This is NOT one of them!

Front staff was very friendly. Maid (housekeeping) were not friendly nor very helpful. The hotel was nice. The elevators need to be replaced they were very slow (only 2 elevators one was not working) thus long waits for service especially with all the meetings, parties and weddings going on in the building. The $10 service charge for water, paper, valet parking is ridiculous.

The Boca Raton Bridge Hotel served our Thanksgiving holiday needs very well. The location was geat, near fine dining and shopping. Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating.
