We enjoyed using the shuttle to get to the boat house for a use of the fitness center. You have your own personal shuttle service to Bricktown!

This hotel was getting a little shabby. It's due for some upgrades and remodeling. The hairdryer never worked. The shower was not great. Some wall and carpet stains. The people were very nice and helpful. That was a plus.

The pictures on the internet look nothing like the real hotel. The outisde front shot is the only one that looks the same. There is no elevator. It seems to be in an industrial part of town. Doens't seem the safest, women staying alone would likely be very uncomfortable here. The outside and hallways look straight out of a horror movie. Good things, breakfast is good and employees are very nice and helpful.

I was visiting OKC for a day trip getaway for relaxation and some me time. Being new to area, I booked this hotel site unseen. The pictures represented on the internet did not match the hotel's accomodations. [...] who is one of the hotel's other manager was very unfriendly and does not know the meaning of customer satisfication. I think he should be required to attend customer relations training or be remove from his position because his knowledge and manner in which he deals with the paying public is a liability to the hotel's future customers. As well Orbitz's customer service reps need major training in effective ways to provide customer satisfaction.[...], the Assistant Manager that finally come on duty is a gem to the hotel industry. [...]'s professionalism, knowledge of what the customer wants, and friendly disposition made my visit to the OKC area nice. I will inform many people about this travel experience, in hopes the other will be aware and prepared for themselves about the hotel.

We stayed at the Bricktown hotel and convention center on a Sunday night. We liked that all room access was from inside, with a card swipe to get in the outer door as well. The room was nice, with amenities that added a little something extra. It was clean, smelled good, and was well decorated. The kingsized bed was comfortable, although my husband thought it was a little too soft. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle service any where you want to go, although we did not use this service. There is a small hotel bar open on Friday and Saturday nights. The lobby and dining room area was very spacious, and nice, although the restrooms in the lobby could use some remodeling. The complimentary continental breakfast was very good, with a large variety of foods to choose from. When my husband and I travel, it is on a reasonable budget. I found that travelocity saved me $** from the price the reservation desk quoted me by phone. I found it very simple to use--this was my first time booking over the internet--and will definitely recommend both the service and this hotel to others. Next time I travel, I will use travelocity with confidence and trust. I will definitely stay at the Bricktown next time I am in Oklahoma City.

Although the area around the hotel is more in tune with the truck stop near the property, it's a well kept and managed hotel. We were very comfortable in our rooms and access to the Bricktown area is convenient either by car or the free shuttle provided by the hotel. For a moderately priced property, it's a pretty good deal.

Room was spacious and clean and bathroom was small but clean. We wish there was fitness center (gym) within the same building rather than needing to take shuttle to go back and forth or drive our car. Swimming pool especially for small children pool (2ft deep) was not clean and appeared unhealthy for letting my child to stay.

Breakfast, free shuttle. One computer down in bus. Center. Great place. Outside doesn't look like much, but inside was great. They need to keep their computers in business center in better working condition.

The outside of the Hotel isn't the Ritz Carlton but the service and personalization that we received during our stay all while getting a clean nice size room at an economical price made our trip everything we could have possibly expected. I mean shutttle service that ran 24 hours a day to Bricktown, a good breakfast included that even had substance along with staff that even greeted us by our names. This is most definitely a diamond in the rough and I would recommend to anyone for any type of travel. I even seen the shuttle take family members to the hospital to visit their hospitilized father during the bad weather. I can not remember when I have been treated so nice and all for such a fair price.

This is a large older hotel undergoing a real upgrade and rejuvenation. In a previous incarnation this was a 1960-1970's Ramada Inn. The remodel is almost complete and the hotel in now in good shape. The best thing about the hotel is the cleanliness. The rooms are large with new furniture, fixtures, and carpet. Other than the rooms lack much lighting these rooms are very good. The hotel lacks a restaurant (the old restaurant functions as the location for the complimentary breakfast). There are a couple of truck stops nearby and a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant across the street. This one is a winner for those who like this sort of a place. This hotel labels itself as the Bricktown Convention Center, but getting to Bricktown requires use of the shuttle. This is not a walker friendly environment. Getting to the hotel from the interstates is a challenge. The hotel is located at the junction of I-35 and I-40 and there is a river at this interchange. We got internet directions for getting to the hotel and were very glad that we did. In order to get the hotel we exited I-40 about 2 miles east of the the hotel and got on a long overpass which went over I-40 twice, I 35 once, and the river. Other than wondering if we had exited at the wrong this worked great. Getting on the freeway can also be a challenge. We stayed at this hotel for a convention and these facilities are pretty good. Since the surrounding area is a little scruffy this was a good idea. The hotel rates are ok, but not great.

I was very disappointed when I arrived and could see from the outside of this very old and run down place that this is no 3 star hotel. There was a musty mildew odor in the hallways and the 1st room they gave me had very worn, beat up furniture and would rate at maybe 1 1/2 stars. The fellow at the front desk was nice enough and claimed he could not give me a refund but he did give me a room with 2 king size beds that was in much better shape even though it had a tiny bathroom with barely enough clearance to open the door without hitting the toilet, paint peeling off the bathroom door, and some of the veneer peeled off of the table by the bed. I`d give the room 2 stars except for that. The location is pretty poor being right at the intersection of I35 and I40. This place is a 1 star on the outside, but if you`re lucky you may get a 2 star room. If I didn`t have my family with me and could get a room for $35 or less including taxes and fees, I might consider staying here again. But for the $62 I spent, I can get a room at a legitimate 3 or more star hotel if I shop around.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Surrounded by two large truck stops, lots of traffic. The hotel common areas, rooms, pool area were all in very good shape, very clean. Staff were very personable, helpful.

There is no elevator in this hotel. The complimentary shuttle (a Hummer) that is pictured on the website is not available to everyone. When I requested a shuttle, I was picked up in a van and was told that the Hummer was not available (although it was parked in front of the hotel). The ?newly remodeled room" that I stayed in had new bedspread, carpet and bedroom furniture however; the bathroom had not be renovated. Because of the rain during my stay, the toilet stopped working as well. By the way, if you want a quiet night?s sleep, don't stay here. They are located directed between the interstate and a truck stop!

my husband and i stayed here when we went to oklahoma sooners game . we drove from dallas. after a long drive we arrived to a horrible, dirty, filthy place. it is way out of bricktown! i don't even know how they can call it bricktown! not even within walking distance! if you want to be able to enjoy the beauty of bricktown this is not the place to stay! the beds, carpet and bathroom were dirty! the beds were uncomfterable and the pillows were horrid! there was what appeared to be blood smeared on the bathroom light and mirror! when we tried to tellthe front desk that we wanted another room they told us they didn't have one available. i couldn't sleep all night and we ended up taking our loss and going to a different hotel. do not trust the pictures i don't know where they got them cause they clearly were not taken there. we went to the renaissance by marriot hotel in bricktown and enjoyed the rest of the weekend we had left!

Do not let the forest of the truck stops keep one from seeing a great deal. Front desk was friendly morning and night. Also had intimate lobby bar and complimentary breakfast 6-10a(cereal, biscuit and gravy, juice and fruit) . One king sized bed with standard cable, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, better than average soaps and lotion, microwave, also refrigerator with one cold bottled water waiting and another on desk top. The water was replaced daily. Close enough to Bricktown to drive but 24 hour shuttle was available. I was working in midtown and was unfamiliar with streets but it didn't take long to catch on.

visited friends. and what was missing was a clean quite room and what made it so frustrating was we could not find another room because of the Hog convention in town and helped contribute to the noise level. I can't recall a worse trip.
