While staying at the Inn, I noticed how much fun the families were having in the indoor and in the outdoor pools. Nightclub entertainment at the Inn is well known in area as great.

Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are priced very nicely. None.

If I just list the issues lets see, the card key wouldn't work at first to let us in the hotel, the remote didn't work to the TV, this is a NO SMOKING FACILITY no matter that you reserved a smoking room, the pool closed to early, unless you wanted to go to a sit down over priced steak dinner you only have McDonalds, Rally's, A&W and Long John silvers. DON"T eat at the A&W, shorted us food and cost us 15.00 for a coney, fry, drink and a lg shake. Why have windows that open when the sign inside says " for your own safty don't sleep with the window open", twice I was waken by the person in the next room snoring. There has to be someplace closer to the hospital that is cheaper then 79.04 a night.....

room was clean, but there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. pool was always crowded with outside guests. water wasn't that clear. breakfast could have been better. only toast, bagels, muffins, and donuts. also only three kinds of cereal, not kid choices. but it was definetly worth the money

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the quiet time alone and were pleased with the pool and fitness center.

For the price, it was very accommodating. Not very many restaurants in immediate area.

Inn is older but neat, clean, and has an excellent staff. Complimentary breakfast was an added plus. Excellent location in East Louisville!

The room was dirty upon checkin..in the 4 full days we were there, never got any maid service at all. Security keys have to be reprogrammed every single day, constantly locking you out of the entire facility. Non smoking floor, reaked of smoke! There is NO restaurant on site nor within walking distance. Told desk clerk about unsatisfactory stay, didn't offer a thing, not even an apology. Nothing about this hotel was worth coming back to!

Overall I enjoyed the hotel and was very pleased with my room. although one thing I would complain is there was human hair on the dresser, so they can clean more throughly. Otherwise, the amenties were good and the price was very fair.

It's very easy to get to from the highway. Very clean, excellent location and the staff was great. The continental breakfast was really good and the room was spacious.

Met basic standards of a hotel - for the price not a bad deal at all. Floor was a little damp bc of the humidity in Kentucky. Pool closes at 10pm to our regret. Not a far drive at all from the Beer Depot - really great bbq filled with KY locals friendly to our NY selves.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is convenient to highway and other retail if needed.Continental breakfast very nice. Front desk personnel very nice.

I stayed here while driving cross country with my cat (I know, I know...who does that??) but this place was gorgeous. The room was so clean, and it was quiet, but right near the expressway, so convenient. I really loved it. Was the most comfortable bed of the whole trip.

Ambiance. Loved the character of the inn. It had been nicely renovated and grounds were nice.

When we arrived at the hotel after traveling all night, we were told that there we no clean rooms and we were told to come back in 90mins. When we finally got a room we had to walk through the hotels long hallways and we could see how dirty the hallways and rooms were. They put us in a room across from a barking dog and we were told that there were numerous dogs on that floor. We did not stay at this hotel. We booked at another hotel and we enjoyed our stay in Louisville

I was working in town for the week and this location offered a good price very close to work.

I did not stay at the hotel the third day because of the loud music on Sunday morning and not receiving the non smoking room.

We have family in Louisville and always stay here. It's not the Ritz, but what do you want for 55? It's pretty clean, the fitness area and pools are great and there's complimentary breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is nothing fancy, but enough to get you going. The pools are always clean and ready, because the hotel sells memberships to locals who use the pool and fitness areas as a health club. It's an old fashioned hotel, probably could use some updating, but it's absolutely serviceable. And it's directly off the freeway and near our family. We think it's an unbeatable deal, and they're pet friendly!

Clean and in a great location for us visiting relatives. Person at front desk at check in was not friendly. Good parking and quiet location.
