Wonderful apartment! When I came into the room, I was suddenly attracted by the room. Although the apartment is small, it is very closy. It has complete furnitures for a apartment. And a very small balcony, you can smell the fresh air. It is convenient to go everywhere in CBD, and the price can be accepted. However, kitchen is too small, and the stuff of kitchen is not very useful. I think I will have the same choice of accomodation when I go to Sydney. Thanks the staff, they are all very lovely and kindly.

Great location and good sized rooms with everything needed in the kitchenette. Quiet on the upper floors where we were and everything worked. Would stay again esp at the price paid.

I would recommend the BreakFree on George to anyone. The Hotel personel were very helpful and courteous. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again next time I am in Sydney

Overall good value for money except the internet connection charges of .55 cents per minute or $33.00 per hour! This is so extreme and does not allow business people to enjoy the convenience of doing their work from their own rooms. Internet cafes are available within easy distance. If this charge was reduced I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very well situated being near Central Station, Chinatown and Darling Harbour. The rooms on the front facing George St are quite noisy but we still slept . The rooms have a kitchenette with fridge and microwave and are nicely decorated and modern. We found the reception staff extremely helpful and courteous.

Have stayed here on a few occasions and is always a convenient location for my particuylar needs, being almost in the middle of China Town. Although situated on busy George Street, I do not find the heavy street traffic an annoyance at night for sleeping. Will definitely stay here agin when I need to be located near to China Town.

I attended the 2009 Colour Conference in Sydney with my daughter Zoe and we had an enjoyable stay at Breakfree on Georges. The hotel gave the impression of being partly refurbished but was very comfortable - had lovely beds with cuddly quilts. The price was amazing - the service from the staff was excellent - friendly, hospitable and efficient! On our last night someone was smoking in a room near us and smoke was coming through the vents. The manager on duty offered to change our room so that we would not be inconvenienced further. The location was also excellent - a 2 minute walk to The Sydney Entertainment Centre and Paddy's Market. I would certainly stay here again and have certainly recommended it to my friends!

An upmarket backpackersstudent hostel masquerading as serviced apartments. The loation is noisy. The airconditioing/heating and TV in my room didn't work properly and reception didn't seem bothered. The room was small, and very tired looking and they layout was poor hence you couldn't watch the TV from the comfort of your bed due to the layout. Internet was available but it was $28 per day - yeah right. There was no shower, only one of those over the bath things which is great if you are two foot tall. The only food that was on offer were frozen meals at $11 a go but they had ran out of ALL of them the night i stayed. Or you can dial in a meal - but the service stops at 10:30pm, or you can eat in the seperate resturaunt downstairs - personally i didn't bother. I went to the OzTurk kebab shop across the road and washed it down with a bottle of CabSav from Charlie Chans bottle shop down the road. - thank god work paid and i was only there for one night!!!!

Location excellent, excellent service and location - room was a bit noisy due to noise from other rooms. showers running, toilets flushing etc - door lock with swipe card did not always work and had to be swiped numerous times to take effect. Could have been priced a bit lower but overall a pleasant stay in Sydney.

The outside noise level inside the apartment disturbed my sleep for 3 nights. In fact I did not sleep for 2 nights in a row. I was moved to a room on a higher floor on the 3rd night. Again my sleep my disturbed by constant loud noises from the street. The elevators broke down on more than one occasion. Whilst the apartment appeared clean at the first glance, I did notice stains on curtains and bedspreads.

We stayed in a studio apartment with a little kitchenette.It was nice and clean, but very small.( it slept 3) I think if there is a kitchenette in the room a small dining table and chairs should be provided so meals can be taken. Our room had a desk and one chair. There were no pots to cook with ( but could be ordered from from reception)The staff were very helpful. The location was good, next to China Town and Paddy's Market and not far from Darling Harbour. Would stay there again but go for a bigger room next time.

Reasonable hotel in a good location ie Chinatwon at your doorstep and Darling Harbour and the CBD centre close by. Minor issue with the booking (requested non-smoking and got smoking); with the amenities (iron was dirty/rusty); and with the aircon (continously noisy). None of these detracted in a serious way though.

I couldn't believe how amazing this place was! Besides the strategic area (Chinatown=1min walk, QVB=5min walk, Paddy's market=1min walk), the staff was really helpful and the facilities that is available in the room was simply everything that i could ask for (kitchen appliances, hairdryer). I would definitely stay there again for my next trip to Sydney and I'll make sure to recommend it to all my friends!
