Fantastic location. Nice sized rooms, decent pool. One main criticism is that the bed in my room needed to be replaced and bed pillows were flat as a tack. I would recommend to friends.

We appreciated the trouble management went to so that we did not lose our allocated parking. For the second year running the lift was out of service. Not a good gig for oldies sporting broken (and repaired) broken hips.

Great place! But.... be very careful if booking any sort of 'special package' which includes free extras thru Hotel Club. The extra bits do not show on the booking at the hotel, so make sure you ask for them on arrival. We asked twice and eventually got the rejuvination gift pack as we checked out.

Great location right in Hastings Street and across the road from the beach, yet away from all the noise and people. Great place for a long stay. The room was newly renovated and very well done. Would recommend it for couples, families or groups.
