Cleanliness. Time to replace the mattresses - and linens could be better. Cute little Inn - friendly and helpful staff - very clean - the beds were not so great.

This is a charming small hotel located very close to attractions in the Brandywine Valley. Great service, free afternoon tea, very nice continental breakfast included with a lovely lobby and wine bar. The rooms were clean and well decorated. A great place for couples for a weekend getaway and a very reasonable price.

Small intimate size andcozy warm atmosphere. This small intimate sized hotel is centrally located to many area attractions. The place was very clean, staff was welcoming and rooms were nicely decorated.

Rooms clean, personnel extremely nice. Tea wasn't as elaborate as the travel book I bought made it sound, but still nice to have the tea available in the afternoons. Breakfast also extremely nice. We were very happy and would stay here again~!

Staff was extremely accommodating. Traffic pattern on route 1 make it difficult to make left turns. Well appointed, clean and neat. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Decorated in a beautiful colonial style. The afternoon tea and breakfast was delicious! The complimentary breakfast was so busy that there was barely room to sit and to move around to get your food. The room was clean and decorated beautifully. The staff was friendly enough and the complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast was both substantial and delicious. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.
