They advertised heated pool however it wasn't. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel so my granddaugher, 6 mon old, could swim. The bathrooms were horrible. The bathtub looked like there was something has been painted on the porcelain and now it was peeling off. The continental breakfast was a bagel and juice and coffee which is very poor in my estimation. I rented 2 adjoining rooms for myself and my son's family so I could be next to them. However, when my son's room was changed, to a suite, the first one was moldly due to water damaged, the second on had no coffee maker. But now, I was about as far as I could be from them because eventhough my room was just as bad (bathroom wise), my room was not changed. My room had no ironing board and I called the desk at 10:00 am to get one so I could iron my dress for the wedding, and I had to call back about 11:30 am again to find out why I hadn't gotten it yet. Overall, the experience was horrible and I will never again go to the Bradley Hotel ever again. I am so sorry I ever booked with Orbitz.

I liked the art on the walls. It had a lot of water damage throw out the hotel. I thought the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Didn't care for the breakfast. Very sparse and not very good. Thought is was to be more - said "American Breakfast" but was just toast and bagels. Will always ask for 1st floor in future. 2 flights of steps are too many for seniors. Whew! Staff not very helpful. Poor directions from them to get to room.

The Bradley Hotel was absolutely the trashiest excuse for a "hotel" my wife and I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The bathroom was so bad we couldn't use the shower--it appeared that someone had urinated in the tub and it had been allowed to dry. There was still someone else's soap remains in the shower curtain and on the edge of the tub. We felt unwilling to walk on the carpet without wearing shoes. There was food residue on table top surfaces and around the room. The hallway was nasty with stains and garbage. It was a horrible experience. Unfortunately we were not able to get our money back and stay elsewhere.

While in Hartford on business we booked this hotel for its location and proximity to both the airport and where we would be working. We intentionally booked a hotel that was not the cheapest available. We wanted a clean an comfortable place to stay and unfortunately their were many alternatives that would have better served these desires for less. The hotel lost our reservation, but was able to find it after contacting travelocity. As in previous comments the hotel appeared to be under construction (although we saw no one working on it during the entire stay). On the whole the hotel was misrepresented by the pictures on the website. It was aging and rundown, the whole place had an unpleasant odor about it. The restaurant and bar was closed (indefinetly). The pool was unsightly and I would not risk getting into it. The room was clean, although the furniture needed to be steam cleaned or altogether replaced. I would not use the word suite to describe any of the rooms we had booked, they were standard hotel rooms, which was acceptable for our needs. The staff was friendly and accomdating, but thier appearance was unprofessional and they appeared to be living in the hotel. The location is right next to the freeway, so there is a constant noise from the highway. Overall the hotel served its purpose, to provide a place to rest. However, it is in desperate need of a face lift. With other hotels in the area there is no way this hotel would be a first choice of anyone passing by. With the complete lack of amenities there is no way anyone who does stay here would chose this hotel first when returning to the area.

First night was very nice. Next night we got back late to a party-in-progress with 2 extremely loud DJ's and several hundred teenagers. This was all taking place on the first floor where we were assigned a room. The upstairs was out of the way of the party but we were not placed there ahead of time and it was an effort to be moved at 10:30pm. Add to this the fact that our room was NOT serviced. Again too much effort to do this late at night. Would not stay here again.

Doors didn't shut easy, no locks on outside door. Extra beds not made. Not happy with room. No floor mats, no grab handle near shower. Back door didn't have a lock that worked to stop someone from outside the hotel from getting into the room. Bathroom and front door didn't open of close easily bathroom and door needed to be slammed to close. Toilet ran all night long. The pull out bed had no sheets there was also only 3 towels for a room for up to 4 people. We were not happy at all.

This hotel had good reviews so far so I booked it. As soon as I pulled up I noticed how old and worn this hotel looked. This hotel is not as advertised. There is a pool but it was under construction. I went into the pool room and it wasn't under construction it was just filthy. Also there is a fitness room. Which is just a hot, stinky room that only had a tredmill, elipticle and a work out bench. Onto the bedroom. The room was stinky. The bed was horrible, infact the pull out sofa bed was more comfortable and that is what we slept on. The internet was very slow, perhaps the whole hotel shares one cable connection? The price is way too much for a hotel no better than your per night place. Don't stay here. It is out of the way, stinky, does not have the luxurys it claims to have, it is so so stinky, and it is a bad value.

I was horrified, I had traveled from Hawaii to Mass to pick up my daughter from school and the place was so disgusting I took pictures and am going to ask Orbitz for a refund. There was a hole in the wall that a rat kept coming out of, the toliet was black with dirt on the inside. Mold on the walls, in the shower, around the windows. Hole in the carpeting, animal hair. The shuttle that was supposed to take people to and from the airport only went during the hours of 4:30am-8:30am. It was late (past 10pm) when I checked in because all I was to do was stay the night, pick up my daughter early in the morning and jump on a plane back to Hawaii. I had no option but just to deal with it.

New construction or recently re-modeled. Toilet has urine stain from past. Location is very rural and not easy to find at night. No hair dryer was in the room. Hotel offered only one TV channel. TV remote control did not work all the time. (might need new batteries). No internet service was in the room. Toilet had urine stain from past. Carpet was not clean at some spots.

Our dance community had a convention here for the first time with several hundred attendees. The hotel was grossly understaffed and some of the staff worked straight through without time off to sleep...! The staff was amazing, but the hotel is poorly managed to say the least--the hotel did not recover from a 10 day stay of a large group of families who overran the property for 10 days for a passover holiday. The piled up matzoh boxes at the back door were some of the reminders of these slovenly guests. I found bugs on the sheets and unmentionable garbage behind the bed...and upon entering our room we were overtaken with the smell of septic back-up. The interesting thing is some rooms were nice as we were told by our friends. We were not so lucky. The only saving grace at this hell hole was the staff--those poor people--not a nice place to work. So--I strongly suggest you steer clear of this this one--the management is going to have a lawsuit on their hands if someone hurts themselves outside--accidents waiting to happen on the unfinished hodpodge landscape with pipes sticking out of the ground at the entrance and rocks everywhere--it looks like a battlefield!

Clean and spacious room. Location. The room was very spacious and clean including the bathroom. Nice lobby and had a heated pool. Plenty of parking space. However, the hotel is located next to the highway and didn't have any restaurants nearby. It wasn't even that close to the airport.

it was a rather high profile meeting , and I had to meet on or about I91 , between hartford and Mass.... the lobby is magnifisent , Class , and ambiance and a very friendly staff made my meeting a success.... by the way meals were very reasonable ,total pleasure!!
