We have four seasons: winter snow, springs bloom, carefree temperate summers, and fall colors in November. The quiet neighborhood is 5 minutes from the laKe and village. An assortment of activites and things to do await. The best part is RELAXING and GETTING AWAY FROM IT ALL!

Beautiful inn with a very hospitable innkeeper. We stayed in the the smallest room with a double bed. It was a bargain compared to other options and the size did not bother us.

Our stay at the Bracken Fern Manor was extremely pleasant. The experience started with personalized phone calls from [...], the innkeeper (and owner), before we even arrived. After checking in, she brought beverages up to our room. The bed and breakfast was very clean, and the setting was very peaceful. The breakfasts were full, sit-down meals and were very enjoyable. During the daytime, we took a nap in the hammock, or sat out on the deck. At night, we enjoyed the garden hot tub, and the indoor sauna. [...] is hospitable and very accommodating. We highly recommend the Bracken Fern Inn to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn. I found it in the AAA tour book and then researched it online. The location is great being just minutes away from Arrowhead Village where there's always lots going on. Of particular interest to us was the historical aspect of the Inn. Innkeeper Cheryl was very knowledgable and we really enjoyed the wealth of information that she shared with us. Her hospitality was wonderful and she's a great cook. We were able to view the piece that was aired on the Discovery Channel about haunted places in America which included the Bracken Fern Manor. My husband is convinced that the Manor is indeed haunted. He swears that a ghost tipped over a glass of champagne that he was holding. (I think he just dozed off) At breakfast he saw a window in the dining room close with no apparent explanation. Why not book a room there and decide for yourself. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

creepy hotel and owner...we had our halloween scare early! nice rooms (during the day), lots of antiques, boring hang out, not much to do, not too romantic, felt like being watched all the time...

The Bracken Fern Manor Hotel was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Only 5 minutes from Lake Arrowhead. The breakfast was enjoyable and our company included a couple from Switzerland. Nice place for a couple enjoying Lake Arrowhead for the weekend.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. We stayed in the Voliet room and it was very romantic. The breakfast was very good and tasty. I would stay there again!
