The buildings retain traditional features of the local architecture and house, in the main building, 6 rooms and a Luxury Suite with double bedroom and sitting room, and 14 more rooms in the Bungalows, as well as a second suite, with double bedroom and sitting room. On the ground floor there are the communal areas. The ground floor of the main building houses the reception area with TV, a sitting room with an open fireplace, a bar and restaurant. The hotel is full of cosy and beautifully decorated corners where visitors can enjoy unforgettable moments, winter, summer, spring or fall. One of the most unique and special parts of the Pelion peninsula is its stunning coastline. From the Pagasitic Gulf to the Aegean Sea, the beaches the Pelion has to offer are unlike any others. The picturesque resort of Agios Ioannis, located on the eastern side of Mount Pelion, is one of the most beautiful resorts in Pelion.
Agios Ioannis attracts large numbers of visitors who have come here to relax, enjoy the beaches, and to soak up the peaceful and unique atmosphere. It is here that you will find the "Kentrikon Hotel and Bungalows", which is perfectly located in a quiet and peaceful part of the village, just 30 meters from the Agios Ioannis beach. The other popular beaches of Plaka ( 500 meters ) and Papa Nera ( 800 meters ) are also very close. One of the first hotels in Agios Ioannis, the Kentrikon was fully renovated in 1983 and extended by adding the Bungalows wing. The complex is designed in the shape of an amphitheatre, spanning 5 levels. Access to the hotel and bungalows ranges from 20 to 100 steps. The bungalows are situated in 3 of our two-floor buildings, and are all nicely decorated and comfortable. The bungalow rooms have their own private entrance, and charming verandas from which you can enjoy the delightful panoramic views. The hotel rooms are located in the main building which has maintained the traditional Pelion appearance, and are all very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are ensuite, and have telephone, mini-bar, central heating, air condition, TV and internet access. The hotel also has a lovely selection of suites with their own bedrooms and large bathrooms.
