I enjoyed staying here.Superb location.Midvalley Megamall is in the same complex while the Gardens,recently opened just next to it.(same as KLCC standard,Branded boutique!) Everything was good except the service!not so friendly staff.What upset me was that,I booked online 3 days earlier and requested for a king size bed as I am bringing my baby..But upon check-in,the reception told me they don't have it and said that the only why we took the reservation was because we only have twin bed which is very ridiculous as I booked online with instant confirmation and how that they know on the spot what my request it..The main problem was the twin bed.U cant join the bed.Imagine how uncomfortable I was during my stay sleeping n squeezing with my baby and at the same time afraid of him falling down..But I still recommend this hotel because of the location and room.Will definitely be back..Hopefully their staff mentality will improve.

I like this hotel primarily for its location, plus the fact that they somehow managed to keep its condition quite good. What I don't understand is how they could increase their rates by more than 40% in the last 18 months. that's quite hefty no matter how you look at it, and to think that they have not added any new features to the hotel.

Location is good ie if you want to be next to a huge shopping and eating mall. Quiet though and close to train to city. But no parking and you have to pay for the parking in excess or less than RM$5. They don't give you an extra bed on request. If on waiting list, they don't inform you if you are successful or not. Poor isn't it??

The Hotel situated at a good location for shopping. Recommend the hotel to provide specific car parking facility for the hotel guess instead of the guess has to going round to look for car parks.

Hope to see free broadband internet or WI-FI service available in normal room as well. Some food served in the hotel breakfast are not very tasty. i.e. custard bun

Convenient location with lots of food outlets and retail stores. Only one train station from and to KL Sentral. Front Office staff not very friendly. F&B staff are a bit aloft expecially in the morning rush hours for the breakfast buffet. Trust me, they will not clear the tables - never know the reasons why?! After staying there for just 2 days, you will know the entire breakfast buffet spread. Housekeeping staff are very approachable and friendly. Overall, do not let the poor service distract you, but enjoy the convenience and great location instead.

The location is excellent if you need to do shopping in the attached mega mall but it is 15-20 minutes by car from the main attractions. Excellent hotel and food. Very rich breakfast.

Good hotel located right in mid-Valley shopping centre. Access is very good. Meals are mediocre in hotel, but there are a lot of opportunitie nearby.
