| I enjoyed staying here.Superb location.Midvalley Megamall is in the same complex while the Gardens, recently opened just next to it.(same as KLCC standard,Branded boutique!)
Everything was good except the service!not so friendly staff. What upset me was that,I booked online 3 days earlier and requested for a king size bed as I am bringing my baby..But upon check-in,the reception told me they don't have it and said that the only why we took the reservation was because we only have twin bed which is very ridiculous as I booked online with instant confirmation and how that they know on the spot what my request it..The main problem was the twin bed.U cant join the bed.Imagine how uncomfortable I was during my stay sleeping n squeezing with my baby and at the same time afraid of him falling down..But I still recommend the Boulevard Hotel Kuala Lumpur because of the location and room. Will definitely be back..Hopefully their staff mentality will improve. |

I like the Boulevard Hotel Kuala Lumpur primarily for its location, plus the fact that they somehow managed to keep its condition quite good. What I don't understand is how they could increase their rates by more than 40% in the last 18 months. that's quite hefty no matter how you look at it, and to think that they have not added any new features to the hotel.

I drove up the country road and highway from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. Drivers have to share the carpark facilities with other local shoppers in the mall. At times even having to compete for a parking lot. the hotel should have its own designated parking area for guests. Very convenient for shopping and my wife loved it. Overall it was an enjoyable first time stay at the hotel for me and my wife. We would stay at the Boulevard again on our next trip there.

Good hotel located right in mid-Valley shopping centre. Access is very good. Meals are mediocre in hotel, but there are a lot of opportunitie nearby.

I've been to PJ many times and so far the best hotel to be at. The breakfast could be better in terms of variety but not too bad.

The location is excellent if you need to do shopping in the attached mega mall but it is 15-20 minutes by car from the main attractions. Excellent hotel and food. Very rich breakfast.

For a nice hotel I was suprised that they did not provide any free wireless internet access. Given just around the corner from the hotel, cafes offering free access it was a suprise.

We waited 3 hours for our room and when it was done, there was no fruit basket as promised. There was no valet parking and the staff there are rude and unprofessional. I will never stay there again!

Inflexible for late check-out; quality of breakfast (buffet) is below average; long bath does not have sufficient safety features e.g. handles, anti-slip mat; the long pillow on the double bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on, Ok for watching TV.

The Boulevard Hotel Kuala Lumpur is very efficient and ideal for business . The breakfasts are exceptionally generous and varied, with something for everybody's taste.
