Even though it was only one night, the hotel is very well located and the accomodations are very good.

Clean, reasonably priced & in a good location. A little dated; very small bathroom.

I got a very good price from [your website]. My room was totally adequate and if you like the old world flare of beautiful hotel in a perfect location to see the city this is it. I would compare this hotel to the Drake in Chicago. Not quite as good but certainly close.

Great Location, central to all the attractions and points of interest that we wanted to see. Most are within walking distance if your are somewhat fit. Many restaurants, great shopping and eating/drinking establishments in the immediate area. Staff were friendly and helpful, as well as competent! Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Also very quiet. High speed internet was $10.45 a day, would appreciate free wireless. Had a great time and did some business too! Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Boston.

The Park Plaza was a thoroughly enjoyable stay for me as I was in town for a 2 day seminar given at the hotel. I used to live in Boston and knowing the city as well as I do made me realize how great this location was. Steps to the Public Garden and Commons, a couple of blocks to Copley Square, and I even walked to Quincy Market from here (a bit far for out of towners if you don't know your way around) The hotel itself was grand "old style" but not worn out or run down. I would definitely stay there again!

A classy hotel in the best location in the city. Not sure I liked having to key the elevator to get to my floor. The hotel had elegant old world ambiance and though we were very casual in our dress, we didn't feel out of place even under the glistening chandelier in the lobby.

Excellent hotel, can have no complaints about it.

Rooms are tiny with paper thin walls. You can hear everything in the rooms next to your own and in the hallways. If a door opens or closes in your hallway you'll hear it like you were right next to it. The bathrooms are outdated. The rooms are outdated. The beds are uncomfortable and seemed smaller than what they claimed them to be. The lobby is nice, but who care's if you can't sleep at night. The only redeeming feature of the hotel is its location. Its in the middle of everything. Newbury St, Boston Commons, the T lines, etc. Its location does not make up for its shortcomings.

My daughter and I were in Boston for a Emerson College visit. Upon arrival at Logan airport, we boarded bus #55 which took us to the blue line transit Government Center stop. Next, we boarded the green line transit to the Arlington stop. There before our eyes was the historic Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers. This hotel has so much character! The employees were friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the great location! It is three short blocks to the college, Boston Public Park, Boston Common, shopping, and great restaurants. We look forward to our next visit and stay at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel!

Location. It needs some updating to the rooms. The stay was generally satisfactory, except for our first night. We checked in late at night and were put in a room with a full size bed, although we booked a queen size bed room (I called ahead to confirm the type of bed we were getting). The room (very small) and the bed were only suited for one person. Needless to say, it was a very unpleasant night. The hotel was full that night.

I have stayed in this hotel three times. Twice I booked it through a conference. It was one of only three hotels with rooms remaining. After my second stay I should have realized why it doesn't sell out more quickly. The rooms are so hot that on each stay, in January, we had to crack the window open. Sleeping in such a warm room was virtually impossible. On two of the stays we were woken up by a fire alarm and exited the building along with all the other guests. They were both false alarms, of course. I don't know about you, but after two fire alarms in the middle of the night, I am willing to pay $* extra per night and book a hotel not related to my conference at all. Other than those issues, the hotel is beautiful and typically a bargain for its location.

I stayed at this hotel for a night to get away from the stress in my life and had a blast.

I really liked the location, the Boston Commons Park was right down the street, beautiful! We did not like having a coffee pot in the room. Everything was great except we felt the rooms should have a coffee pot.

The hotel is old and it needs serious renovations.. OLD carpet..OLD beds..OLD toilet....OLD sink..OLD telephones.. OLD OLD OLD.. take you and your family to a better hotell you deserve it... the only good thing about this hotel is the staff.. oh!!! the charge 13.00 A DAY if you want to use the internet.. RIDICULOUS !!!

Overall, a great hotel for the location alone! Checked in early and got a complimentary upgraded room. We went for an overnight on the 4th of July - which, yes, knew it was going to be crowded. But there was also a huge convention there too. When we were checking out in the morning, had to wait about 10 minutes just for an elevetor going down. However, the night before (after the fireworks) the staff ushered some of us to use the service elevator so we wouldn't have to wait as long!

Location was FANTASTIC! Elevators slow, room a bit small.

My wife and I had to overnight at Logan Airport and picked this hotel because it was the cheapest and supposedly only three miles from the airport. However, the taxi fair was about $30 each way - not during rush hour traffic. This added $60 to the cost of the hotel room. For some reason I expected it to have free shuttle service since I chose airport hotels.

Everything was well done, friendly staff, clean, there was a little traffic noise, but we had a great view at a corner and a large room. This classy hotel is very near many sights and seconds from the T or subway stop.

I was upgraded to the concierge level. They were unable to extend checkout beyond noon.

The lobby was beautiful and the fresh bouquet of Lilies filled the entire area. Then it was down hill ...when they gave us a room we did not register for and did not tell us. We stood in a long registration line twice. They tried to fit us into a small room than requested, They promised us free breakfast to compensate us for the inconvenience and after reviewing our bill all breakfast charges were charged to us, we had to request to have them removed. We had to watch our bill for charges they were not ours. Our room was cold and the bathroom very small.
