Got there early, did not have non-smoking room, was given a king room. The a/c did not work in that room so was switched to another room. The second room was a smoking room with 2 double beds. Only room available so i had to stay there. I did not get switched to room I reserved until after 1:00 pm. The desk clerk was notified at 7:00 about the early check in and room request.

It was close to the casinos.

This property has weekly rates. To list all the things wrong would take more time than I care to spend. Suffice it to say that it's an old worn out motel. We stayed here because everything else was booked. It was perfectly acceptable if you are desparate for a place to sleep, but that is all I can say. They do have a 24 hour shuttle to the casinos.

We stayed here overnight for a friends weekend getaway. The location was excellent, it was near all the casinos, and they offered a shuttle service which was nice. The terrible part, the Air Conditioning did not work and trust me it was very HOT!!! The smoke detector kept beeping all night also. There wasn't even a trash can in the room. Needless to say we only slept there and left. I don't think we would stay there again.

no microwave,no hair dryer. it was horrible the drawers in the room were broke, the tub was dirty, the carpet was terrible. the only thing that was good was the a/c and it was close to the casino. i don't think it was worth the sixty dollars i paid.

Bed was comfortable. Poor service at front desk. No amenities as advertised. This hotel is very unkempt. Many outside repairs need to be made. We had to push the table in front of our door because the hinges were so poor. They advertise hair dryer and there was not one. On the second day stay, we did not receive fresh drinking cups or have the ice container cleaned out. It was most disappointing.

The hotel was very nasty!!! First the ceiling had water stains on them. in the bathroom they did a horrible job at repairing part of the ceiling. the ironing board was broke. No towels were in the room at all we had to call to have towels brought down and that took 20 minutes. i will never stay at that hotel again or refer anyone either.. very dissatisfied

I stayed at this motel because we planned a last-minute trip. I will never do that again! The street the motel is on has changed names, so you can miss it if you don't know where you are going ... just take the Diamond Jack Casino exit and you will see it. I've stayed at cheap motels before, but none were as run down as this one. The room smelled like mildew. The area by the sink had rust everywhere and stains on the ceiling and walls like the upstairs had flooded into the downstairs room. The bathroom area was the same way, with a lot of mildew in it. The toilet kept flushing on it's own all night long. There were no available rooms, so we chose to close the door in lieu of having a handy man fix it at 2:00 a.m. The curtains wouldn't close all the way, so we had to rig them to close so no one could see in. The blow dryer kept sparking in the outlet, so we asked for a new one. We had to call three times before finally getting a new one almost an hour later. The pool was closed and looked toxic. We decided to use the free shuttle service to the casinos. The driver picked us up timely and was friendly. However, the van had ripped seats and was very dirty. Based on the overall dinginess, we passed on the free breakfast. Overall, it was a bad motel stay. It is a close rival to my teenager's filthy room.

Front desk service is excellent-housekeeping is terrible! Left the room all day Saturday-room was never cleaned!

Hotel room was filthy, hair all over the bath tub and vanity, the carpet was wet. There was some sort of white powder all over the air conditioner unit. I think it was baking soda to control odor in the room, it was caked on the top of the unit about three inches thick. I made a two minute and 34 second phone call and my credit card was charged 26.69. The hotel was overbooked, allegedly by Travelocity and there was a line of irate guests at the desk attempting to check in. I waited in line almost an hour to check in. The hotel was understaffed. There was a domestic disturbance in a nearby room which kept me up most of the night. I did not feel safe at all in the hotel nor did I feel my car was safe in the parking lot. My room key would deactivate everytime I left and I would have to wait in line at the front desk for a new one. Worst hotel experience of my life.

The lady at the front desk was great very helpful, and the free shuttle was awesome! Checkout was at 11 and at 10.20 housekeeping started banging on the door and screaming then tried to enter the room with the chain lock on. Everything was as expected this hotel wasn't fancy if was cheap and great location with free shuttle,( the only complaint I have about this place was the rude house keepers who started banging on our door 40 minutes before checkout then tried to enter our room with the chain lock on the door they popped their head in and started screaming house keeping then they would slam the door and start banging on the door.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of the casinos. The hotel was in a good location and we liked getting the free shuttle to the casinos. For the money the rooms were clean and we got the most out of our money because we got a good deal and free breakfast for the kids.

Nothing was liked the room was not cleaned, dirty towels in the room and sheets unchanged. Room was dirty, sheets were not changed, floor was dirty. Loud. This hotel is in a good location, but: Very unclean, spider webs on the walls, dirty used towels were on the floor, sheets on the bed were unmade, paint on the walls was peeling, paint was over peeling paint, no toilet paper in the bath room and none was in the room. TV appeared to be about 30 yrs old. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was a very bad night.

We did not have any hot water, asked for maintance man, never heard from anyone. Had to go get our own towels. Hair dryer caught on fire. Room had a very fowl odor, carpets dirty, toilet did not flush, blood stains on sheets. Although, we did not enjoy the room we had a lot of fun there was free shuttle service and it was close to everything. Was not worried about the kids messing up anything it was already dirty.

Location to the casinos. Bathroom was filthy; plaster falling off walls; musty. Shuttle service provided to casinos. Very old motel; rooms in dire need of repair and maintenance. Reception area wasacceptable.

The room was clean and close to everything we needed. Ihave no complaints. The hotel provided my mother andI comfortable and safe place to retreat to after playing at the casinos.

It was close to the highway. There was a roach in my room, the towel rack fell out of the wall. If you just need a place to lay your head for the night then it's fine. Expect no thrills or frills. It is basically a bed and a shower.

Pool was the only nice thing about the hotel. Nasty, dirty rooms, no vacuum had to sweep carpet. Bath tub rilled up to mid calf during shower. Don't stay here. We evacuated and it was all that was available. Very bad. Moved as soon as another hotel had vacancies.

Hotel Manager. This hotel was dirty, filthy and the manager was rude.

Close to the casinos and they had a shuttle. Rooms were rough. The hotel was fairly clean, it was a good place to sleep after the casino, wouldn't want to spend much time in the room. The shuttle service was free and very helpful.
