This hotel is located in the heart of the ancient archaeological city of Bosra El Cham. As Bostra, it became the capital of the Roman province of Arabia. One of the best preserved Roman amphitheaters, still in use, is located near the Bosra-Cham Palace. The hotel has two restaurants, an outdoor cafe and an oriental lobby bar. The hotel is built in a modern style, 3 storey building. The lobby is large in size. It is decorated in a modern style, but keep an oriental style with the mosaics on the large wall and the fountain in the lobby centre surrounding with a sitting area. From the reception, we can see all floors.
