Nice RoomWe had a great room with a nice tv and ensuite. Friendly welcome. I nice but substantial walk from the city center.

The room we had was tiny. We coudn't get changed at the same time - had to take turns! This is a pity because the family who owned the house where lovely and the room was very clean and modern. The room would be ideal as a single!Not a suitable room for an elderly couple! But saying that is was okay for the two nights we stayed! There was no cupoard - we had to keep our clothes in the case and had to lug that on the bed every morning / night to get our clothes.

Room was small, but clean and well equipped. it was nice to receive an email from the owners in advance of arriving confirming the booking and aksing whether breakfast would be needed. tea/coffee facilities were very good - filter coffee and a plunger was a really nice touch. The house is very close to the centre of Stratford - only 10 minutes to walk through a nice park.

It's a clean and nicely furnished if rather cramped double room, converted from a garage in a family home about 10 mins walk from Stratford upon Avon's riverside.

We were phoned on the way to the guest house to say they had upgraded us from the small to large room , free of charge. Excellent service and a very handy (ten minute walk from town )spot from town centre

Really laid back and relaxed owners and very practical for Stratford town cntre. Come and go as you like its perfect for people who want to explore the local area and don't want to be governed by breakfast and dinner times of a hotel.

Generally excellent for two people. Ideal position to walk into town.

If I had a cat to swing, I couldn`t have done it in this room. Barely enough space to walk round the bed. Breakfast was served in the room on a table the size of an ironing board. Difficult to shave in a sink which was about as big as the breakfast bowls. It was clean and the owners are friendly but just too small.

The accomodation was in an excellent location, easy walking distance to the town centre, along an old tramway. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. A wide variety of food was supplied for our breakfast, and was all ready in the fridge waiting for us. We will certainly use this accomodation again, when we can travel to Stratford for an extended weekend break

The guest house was 10 minutes walk from town centre. The room was small but excellent use made of space. Breakfasts were healthy & delicious & special dietary requirements catered for. We were given a warm welcome-very friendly.No complaints at all-very good value for money-would definitely stay there again. A+++++++++++++++++

Such a friendly place to stay!!! The breakfast was lovely and the owners were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Excellent value for money and very close to the centre which was good for having a wander around Stratford
