The ancient village, “Borgo Casabianca” is situated among the hills, in the “Crete Senesi”, part of the municipal district of Asciano, in province of Siena, overlooking a marvellous landscape, which has been transformed into a four star Hotel. The renovation, well looked after and accurate is part of the fulfilment of an extremely comfortable receptive structure. The ancient stables provides nobles rooms, each one turned into bedrooms or suites, some with original frescoes of the XVII century or into rustic and original colonial houses, some with an old working fireplace. In our “Borgo” the restaurant ‘La Tinaia’, located in a characteristic and refined room, offers a typical Tuscan cuisine, with their traditional flavours, accompanied with the best selected Italian and Tuscan wine labels. In addition, we can offer you excellent menus at own choice and in autumn time delighted typical dishes based on the white truffles, of our own Tuscan grounds. Our Hotel offers as well other facilities: an equipped meeting-room, outdoor swimming- pool, tennis court, a lake for fishing and helicopter service. The farm produces a high quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Terre di Siena from organic olive. Upon request, we organize delighted tasting of typical ‘high quality’ Tuscan products along with a great selection of wines, all selected with knowledge, cooking-classes and memorable romantic wedding celebrations, surrounded by the typical Tuscan countryside.
