I had requested via Orbitz to have 2 adjoining non-smoking rooms so that I could have close access to my children. When I got there they only had one room reserved and stated "I hate those online booking things - I wish people would just call in instead." They did locate a second room, but it was down the hall and in the smoking area of the hotel, definately NOT what I had in mind for my family. I really did enjoy the online hotel booking experience with Orbitz. I wish these individuals had honored it.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area. The hot tubs were not as nice as I thought they'd be, and they were in a cramped room. It was a very nice hotel in a quiet area. The hotel and rooms were generally neat and clean, but the amenities were not what I expected. The hot tubs were not that great, and they were crammed in a small area. My kids were disappointed, not only about the hot tubs, but that there was no indoor pool either.

I liked that it had a refrigerator. The room had an odor. For the price the hotel was a very good value. It was easy to locate. We will probably use this hotel again when we return to Neosho.
