For the price we paid the hotel was very accomadating--location not right on the beach but only few paces from and whos really ever in the hotel room that much

Front desk was semi friendly, when asked for clean linens for the pull out attendant shot back you will find them in a dresser. We arrived it looked as if someone had slept on the pull out sofa and linens not changed. There was a patch on a comforter over a hole(burn mark) it was peeling back. The pool was nice until got in and the bottom was covered in sand, what a turn off, expected it to be clean since it is an indoor pool. Size of room was great balcony view of the ocean was nice. I wouldn't talk to the front desk staff more than needed you will feel unwelcome.

woman who runs the front desk is the meanest, rudest person i have ever encountered. not accomodating at all and is there to collect your room fees and could care less about anything once she has the money

At check in didn't feel welcomed by gentleman behind front desk. When we got into the room the pull out bed looked as if it had been slept in and the linens not changed. Comforter on one of the beds had a patch on it that was coming off. It was trying to cover up a hole.

Not bad! The rooms were big, the bed was comfy, and the kitchenette came in handy. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It seemed a little pricey, but my trip was also last minute and over a major holiday, so I would imagine prices were jacked skyhigh everywhere. I would stay here again.

This was not a bad motel. If you wanted a room that was spacious you will find it. The beds were comfy and if you had a family it is a nice place to go. The kitchen made our stay very nice as we could do a lot more things than if we did not have one. We were still able to see the ocean from our balcony and we were not even on the ocean. Over all a pleasant stay. The negatives the people who worked there need to polish up on customer service and also our air conditioner was way to loud as we had to turn it off at night and sleep with a fan on. Thank God this hotel was made well as we were pleasantly surprise the wake up in a cool room next morning. I have to commend the young man who did show good customer service who worked behind the desk at 1:30 in the morning and trying to find us another room as quickly as he did but the 2 other rooms also had the same air conditioning problems. If you are looking for a very spacious room you have found your place but if you want to go to sleep wear ear plugs. Also the atmosphere that is close the beach is fine also

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the entire outlook of the room as well as the amenities in the room. The room came with a full refrigerator (not a compact one), microwave, couch and balcony! It couldn't get any better for a 3-day weekend! Plus, we were within a good distance from the boardwalk and only a few feet from the beach! The only downfall was the rain for 3 days. Other than that, the room was great!

The pictures on their site is kind of misleading. Although I'm sure they have a pool and a fitness room, I never saw them. Also, it is more of a motel than a hotel. Overall it was not a bad place for the money.

Not bad for the price. Location was great for what we wanted to do and where we wanted to be.

This was the first hotel I have visited where you have to request room service. The first day our room was not cleaned, only to find out that you have to hang the sign on the door for service. The pool was not clean and was very cold. The excerise room was not cleaned the two days I used it there was a towel left on the floor along with a bottle. The rooms were nice and spacious, but this is the first and only visit.

The room was great, I was just near the front of the building which was very noisy because of street traffic, and because it was "senior week". Over all all, a very nice place, very enjoyable.

This hotel was terrible. The person who checked us in ranted for about a half an hour about pointless things. It seemed as though he may have been high. They over-charged me by $70. The hotel staff was very rude. They would come by everyday to throw towels and trash bags at us. There was no actual housekeeping. Upon checking out, they informed me that I owed them an additional $66 because I had one extra person in the room. I understand charging $10 a night, as outlined on their website, and I was fully expecting that. I did not, however, expect to end up paying $21 a night for one extra person. When I made inquiries about the charges, the women at the front desk were not helpful at all and really quite rude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Let me just start by saying that customer service can make or brake it for me. The older woman we dealt with when checking in is NOT equipped to manage a hotel front desk. She couldn't find my reservation, then she said it was for the wrong date, then she said it was for the wrong length of time THEN she said it was for a different amount. We disputed this amount and unfortunately I didn't have my confirmation from Orbitz printed out with me (I will never let that happen again!). Luckily there was a nice Century 21 realtor office across the street that let me print out my confirmation from the Orbitz website (since I couldn't access my work email which is where the email confirmation was sent). When I took this back to the hotel showing the lady the rate and the dates, she STILL would not recognize the lower rate and said they did not book rooms at that rate. I was livid!! By this time it is getting late, it's Memorial Day weekend, and the likelyhood of us finding another room on short notice and not being charged for the reservation we already booked was very low. So we reluctantly checked in and she told us to take it up with Orbitz. Well sure enough, I called Orbitz and the very friendly customer service rep worked with me to get to the bottom of the issue. She spoke to the woman at the hotel and encountered the same rudeness that I encountered upon check-in. The woman at the hotel refused to recognize the lower rate and give a refund. We are now in a deeper dispute concerning this matter. Unfortunately, my hotel experience is tainted by this matter and it's hard to give an objective review. I will say this, the customer service by that ONE woman was the worst part of the trip. The room, the hotel and everything else was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Bonita Hotel. The room is clean. I like the fact that the room is equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The location is great. It's very close to a convenient store and Dunkin Donut is just across the street. The only thing that I did not like is the hotel is a little bit far from the boardwalk. Otherwise, it's a great hotel and would definitely recommend it to a friend

The room was fairly clean but aside from that I think you got very little for the price.

We were very satisfied with the Bonita Beach Hotel. The room was a good size, with a sleeper sofa for the kids, two queen beds, and a full-size refrigerator and microwave. There were even dishes/glasses and silverware, although I wondered how those were cleaned since there was no dishwasher and no dishsoap provided. It featured a nice solarium-type indoor pool and an exercise room with a t.v. in it. It was about a 1/2 block from the ocean, on the ocean side. We would stay there again.

The Bonita Beach Hotel was very comfortable. It was so nice to have king size bed and a couch as well. We had a good view of both the bay and ocean off our private balcony.
