Was very happy with this hotel! Staff well if your looking for people to treat you as a person and not a number than this hotel is it. They are so kind and willing to take the time to help you with stuff around the city. Things are starting to be dated but its niagara falls and a lot of hotel are showing the same. However the hotel is clean and the staff are tops in my books.

Not that this is bad... just not what we were looking for. The staff was nice and the location was convenient to visit the Falls area, but this was an older place without a lot of the newer amenities. It was pretty much a bed and bath... very basic. No plush towels or bedding. The room was spacious, but to get queen beds instead of doubles, we had to opt for outdoor corridors, which just didn't feel as secure... although we didn't run into any issues.

Quick, E-Z check in and check out, clean white sheets & towels. What a sad experience! Check in was quick and easy, other than that this excuse for a hotel is sad. 3 stories & very run down, door lock was broken, door jamb showed signs of forced entry (repair job was 3rd rate) worn out nasty carpeting, sink vanity stained, shower stall was clean but plumbing old and loose. 2 fiberglass sinks cracked - wallpaper peeling off walls, cigarette burns in carpet. Stairwells filthy, stairwell trash bins were overflowing with trash. Outside facade on building showed cracked and broken railings etc. Down below us was loud booze and smokers party, a complaint to the front desk took care of it pretty quickly.

Just looking for a bed and bath as a pitstop on a trip... this will work. But if you like plush towels, nice toiletries, and a plush mattress, this is not your hotel. It really is more of a motel with the larger rooms having outdoor corridors. The staff was nice. The location was good. It was no trouble getting to the falls or to lots of good restaurants. The amenities were just very aged and in need of update.

We visited June 14 and 15 of 2007. Hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable, and moderately-priced; a GOOD bargain. It's a ways out from the clamor of the casino/Clifton Hill area and we liked that. Very friendly staff. Small breakfast restaurant. Lots of other restaurant choices on Lundys Lane and quick access to the QEW. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. I would definitely book here again!

Price for budget travel. Room was not ready when we arrived at the check-in time, and was not clean. Good only if you are a price-conscious budget traveler. The staff was kind and courteous, but the rooms were not ready when we checked-in. They offered a different room, but were not very clean.. Location was not close to the falls, but okay if you can live with several minutes of driving to the falls.

The hotel was above average. The staff were courtious and helpful.The entire facility was clean and orderly.The only thing I could find wrong was the smell of stale smoke in the room.Being a non-smoker I detected it as soon as I opened the door but to someone who smokes it will probably not bother them.
