Room 19 is very noisy, with people speaking from the back office, and rolling cart all the night.Breakfast is serve starting at 7 AM, slightly late to catch if early flight.

Although the hotel has very small areas, overall it is very nice. Clean and well kept but our room was extremely enclosed, having no ventilation and extremily tiny shower.

Cosy place not too big. Staff very helpful, spoke english really well! rooms very clean, cleaning staff were most helpful and did a great job. Easy reach for all you need in Pisa and help if you need it.

Good hotyel for resting. Not very close to the pisa Tower but fine as we had a car. Very Clean and with helpful staff

This hotel is absolutely fabulous with its brick vaulted ceilings and frescoed walls. It is really clean throughout, beautiful breakfast room and stylish communal areas. It offers everything you could need for a stay in Pisa, as its location is half way between the station and main shopping streets. There are secure, off road parking facilities, good quality breakfast and a sun terrace which is laid out with potted flowers. Perfect place to stay, with the only gripe being that the natural wood flooring throughout means you don’t need an alarm clock to know when it is breakfast time, as you can clearly hear people passing in the corridor, and slightly hear them from above. This hotel is clearly well maintained, well thought out, and I strongly recommend it and will always use it as a gateway to Tuscany.

Hotel was ideally situated and was just a 20 minute walk from the leaning tower. We were particulaly impressed with the terrace garden. Only downfall was the Hotel bar did not stay open very late. The breakfast was ok. Those rooms that were booked as twin rooms were excellent and some of the single occupancy were sufficient although a little small. I was a little upset to find i was charged 40 euros to keep on one room until 6pm on our check out day(seeing as i had booked 11 rooms for our stay).With everything said if we were to visit Pisa again we would definately stay here.

Perhaps general prices in Pisa are quite low compared to Florence and Rome, but this hotel delivered much more than expected. Good location a short walk to train station, very nice rooms, friendly and helpful desk staff. Parking available but we did not need it.

Convenient Location - close to train station and short walk to attractionsOn a map the Hotel looks a long way from the main attractions but is in fact a very pleasant walk through the side streets and across the river, 10-15 mins at a leisurely pace. I stayed in a twin room which was very small but for one night, adequate. I peeped into a double room and that looked fine. Reception/bar staff very friendly and the all important breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice (pastries/toast/eggs/cereals/cold meats, etc).

This hotel was placed in the heart of the city, yet away from all the noise. Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive. I loved it for all the right reasons, it was clean with private (cheap) parking and they went out of their way to ensure you had a good stay.

A gem of a hotel , modern , great facilities including an out door patio terrace , bike hire . Room was excellent and quiet , staff very efficient and welcoming - 20 mins walk to leaning tower and some great restaurants very near by - a definate must if staying in Pisa

BreakfastOnly complaint was the American Coffee was awful particularly for an Italian HotelOrder an Espresso and top up to taste is the way around this.Otherwise excellent Hotel would stay again.

Good location and would stay againWe had a couple of nights at this hotel and were very happy with it. Service, room and breakfast were all good. Pisa isn't that big and everything is within walking distance. There is a nice popular shopping street just around the corner and food places nearby. Main sights are not far away when walking. Recommended.

It was a very pleasant surprise to get such a high quality 4 star in Europe for the price. It had house slippers, which is usually only offered in 5 star properties (just one example). No complaints about anything at all.

Good HotelSituated in a quiet side street, but ask for a room at the back as the traffic and rubbish collecting starts early outside!Very pleasant and helpful staff, with maps and restaurant suggestions.A pleasant 20 minute walk over the river to the tower etc.Only a 10min/9euro taxi ride from airport.

wouldnt hesitate to recommend or rebook the bologna if we were to go to pisa again. excellent location, decor, breakfast, efficient and friendly staff and above all very very clean. great for business or pleasure.
