Don't expect any help from the owner or the help here. If you have a complaint or a request, don't bother asking. Lot's of better looking and better maintained places to stay on the same street, who also care about their customers.

The Staff went out of their way to make my visit an exceptional one. The Room was very clean and well tended to every day. The location was exceptional easy access to all the town points of interest.

The room had a great veiw. Parking lot was much to dark. The staff at the boat slip were friendly and most helpful. It is located within walking distance to all activities. The room was small but comfortable and the view romantic.

Hotel is in a great location relative to other hotels/bars. The pool area is nice. The rooms however are not so nice.

This is in the center of things in Provincetown. However, things ended the weekend before I stayed here. In spite of that it was a relaxing time. Great staff, wonderful poolside. Too bad the bar was never open. Breakfast was simple but filling and good: muffins, yogurt, coffee, etc. I would stay here again in high season.

Location was fantastic! Everything within a five minute walk! Room smelled heavily of cigarettes. Establishment was more of a nightclub than hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Off-street parking available but limited and very cramped. No screens on window, so no fresh air due to insects. About a thousand stores & restaurants within a very short walk. Very diverse demographic open mindedness a must! Room stunk like cigarettes. Bar & dance floor always a scene not good when traveling with kids. All in all, not the worst place buy a long shot. I would definitely consider it again if no kids. Good coffee!

If you are looking for sun, fun, beautiful views of the ocean and are gay friendly, this is where it is happening. There is a daily 'T' dance for all walks of life that is just the best and the greatest place in Ptown to meet friends and new people. This resort is right on the beach with awesome views of Ptown Harbor. It also has a nice pool and sitting area for sunning and cooling down. It is not to far from downtown. The restaurant on-site is also great and has a good variety of New England favorites. If this is your first time to Ptown and you want a lot of fun, dancing, eating and sun, stay here. You won't be disappointed. This resort has many diversified clientele but is primarily accomodated by fabulously fun gay men.

I was very happy with the location and amenities of the Boatslip. Pool was nice and so were the pool staff regarding chairs and towels. Parking is excellent, which is a big plus in Provincetown. Room with balcony (overlooking the pool area)was wonderful & ever changing and is a must if staying here. As for the hotel itself, a bit run down considing the cost. Closet looked like an afterthought and constructed of leftover wood. Toilet seat looked like the orginal and lighting for shaving was completely inadequate. Sorry guys.... Would I stay there again?? Yea, most likely.

Great location, great pool, great bar. The room decor is 70's, if you don't mind that. If you're looking to party, and for a room with a great view of the harbor, then this is it. But don't expect a Marriott.

Although, the room was very basic, the view was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms seemed very dated and basic. Moreover, not much more than a muffin and coffee were offered for their complimentary breakfast. Although, the rooms are dated, the view and location is amazing. The staff greeted us with smiles and were very accommodating. I felt very welcome by all the locals and tourist as well. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and wouldn't stay anywhere else during my next trip to Providence town.
