Convenient to restaurants. Loud, noisy, carpet in room not in good condition. Very noisy, not good for someone who needs sleep. Rooms not very clean. But is close to restaurants and bars.

The desk staff was great. The rooms are bad...microwave handle broken...dated,musty smelling...just in desperate need of an update. I didn't consistently receive towels and get service but I am low key and was busy doing other things. I did hear one lady down in the lobby who was QUITE vocal about her disgust. They just need to renovate badly.Oh yeah..one bed was so sacked out I was grateful there were 2 in the room so I had an option.

It's fine for a roof over your head. Location is great, but that's about it.

The best part about the motel is its location on the shore. SUPERB! The accommodations are not worth the money, furniture is old and worn. Little parking. I would never stay at this motel again. The air conditioning unit in my room leaked so the carpet was heavily saturated, the room was dank, and mildew/mold was on the wall. Guests could not use the Jacuzzi because people from the streets packed it with 25-30 individuals ranging in age from 2 years old to 25 years old. Parking is a nightmare! People were banging on doors in the wee hours of the night saying that cars were being towed, the police were there, and arguing about parking spaces. The complimentary breakfast consist of mini bagels, muffins, and dry danishes, room temperature milk, and watered down apple, orange, and cranberry juice. The beds are extremely small, old, and have a dip from guests sitting in the same spot.

staff where great no complaints there, but dont think that its a nice place just becouse the website says so. you get what you pay for.

Was expecting a much better room for the price of the hotel. Once you sat on the bed the mattress literally went down to the floor. They need to invest in new mattresses. The A/C was leaking water from the ceiling. Pulled the covers to go to sleep the first night and the sheets were dirty. They were from the last guest that was in that room. There hair was all over the pillow case, pillow cases were dirty from there face and the sheets were dirty and had red stains on them. Just nasty. On top of that when we complained about it, they told US to take the sheets off the bed and bring them down to the lobby for new ones. Gave us new ones and we had to make our own beds up. If I wanted to pay all that money to change a bed I would have stayed home and did it. Was not pleased at all. Then we also asked for new towels and they told us to bring those to the lobby as well. That was just ridiculous.

Location. Dirty, slow drains. Lobby needs vacuuming - tables were dirty - no staff available. Overall repairs need to be made to entire hotel. Bathtub is stained and dented with slow drainage. Concrete walkways need pressure washing.

This is a place to stay if you just want a place to stay for the weekend. The rooms are not sound proof enough for me. I heard conversations of the person in the next room and outside my door very clearly. The parking is terrible because you have to double park with somoeone blocking you in and leave your keys at the front desk. Continential breakfast was a disappointment but they did have great coffee. I would stay again because of the staff. They were nice and personable.

The location is perfect, the staff are friendly and the view is ROMANTIC! It appears they are in the middle of renovations if not it could use some new carpeting and the Jacuzzi spout was broken. We will definitely be going back again. Next time we will take the kids along. Conveniently located for shopping, eating and playing.

I stayed at the hotel in late June for my honeymoon. A family friend paid for the Honeymoon suite. It was a little warm when we first got there because the AC is motion sensored. Yeah the decor wasnt fabulous and the little couch was not the best, the bed was pretty good, we cleaned the hot tub before using but just to be safe, everything was pretty clean and i never heard any noise from anywhere besides the occasional guest walking past the room. the parking did suck. the double parking and towing if you dont give them your keys annoying so we tried to park to avoid that, and i never saw any valet. I would stay there again if i could afford it.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and for my husband and I they gave us 2 beds.

Good location. Friendly staff. Bed not very comfortable and not the cleanest. But was what I expected for the price. Overall, a good experience. Would stay there again.

Location. Dirt, unfriendly and loud, unsafe. Location was amazing. Rate, room, staff, food was awful. Plus, I was injured on hotel property (second injury of someone while at property, pool was closed for 24 hrs because of another injured guest) they would not pay for emergency room, when their own security saw the accident happen on unmentioned stairs. I broke my ankle, hurt my back and sprained my knee on the sand cluttered steps. Our vacation was ruined, not only buy injury, but by treatment of rude staff, lousy expensive food, and poorly maintained room accommodations, walls were painted two different colors, one of the bed's box spring was broken, bathroom was dirty and found a hair tie from the previous guest in the shower. Loud hallways sounded like a freight train every 5 minutes when a baggage cart was rolled down them. Awful experience.

Not much. They put us in a room next to the elevator and a family that was very loud. Not very good. We had to make several trips to the hotel desk because the key would not work. We do not speak Spanish, and most of the staff only understand that language. The Jacuzzi was split green (full of algae). Pool towels were far and in between. We will never stay there again.

"Upon arriving you will be greeted by the valet who instantly demand what you are doing there. No more than 1 car per room, otherwise you will be yelled at. Hotel staff were indifferent and acted like your stay was an inconvenience to them. States to have been recently remodeled, but the rooms were dirty, the mattresses bowed, and the towels were paper-thin. Parties in the parking lot until 3:30 am. Be warned: If you don't check in by 5:00 pm they will ""release"" your reservation. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!"

Ocean view and access was wonderful! Parking was terrible and you were charged for it; very noisy. This hotel was an economy hotel on the beach. The room was clean but very worn. It did have a great view though. There were not enough parking places for the people staying and people were having to block each other in. If you blocked someone you had to leave your key at the front desk so they could move your vehicle. You were charged $5 a day for this terribly inconvenient parking system. The people next to us were up till the early morning hours and the noise seeped through the wall and doors keeping us awake. If you're looking for cheap and on the beach this is it. Don't expect anything else though.

"Nice clean rooms, bathroom was small, Great location, close to resturants. Continental b'fast was nice, juice, bagels, cereal and coffee and donuts. Great getaway."

Its on the beach. Room was very musty, and I became ill. Very congested area, parking was difficult. I wasn't too sure about the safety in the area.
