Room size. Location. Time share product. On site sales and presentation. Horrible location. Long wait for taxi service.

I was a bit unsure about booking with an unknown hotel, but because of the sold out status of most of the popular properties, we had little choice (and we needed a Suite). I was pleasantly surprised! The property is new, and extremely clean and quiet. Only a half mile or so from the strip, it was an easy trip by car, and cab. We did both. We were surprised to find a nice little bar in the pool area, and the rooms were large and comfortable, including flat screen TV's in both the living room and in the bedroom.

Still very new, need to work out the kinks, but a nice "off the strip" location.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this blugreen / timeshare over the past weekend and through the first part of the week. For the most part, the room was spacious (stayed in the one bedroom suite) which offered a bath area as well as a stand-up shower. One of the shower heads only ran cold water though. The hotel staff was helpful and let us check into the room early as our flight came in early. The advertised shuttle service was non operational. There were two bluegreen shuttle buses out in the parking lot during our whole stay; however, the hotel staff said they had no shuttle available. Being a 15-20 minute walk to the closest casino hotel (MGM), the start and end of the day really did a number on our feet! If a service is advertised, that service should be available. We were also offered 2 free show tickets as part of our "welcome package" however, one of them had been expired. Overall, as long as transporation is bugted, the timeshare/hotel was a descent value.

We stayed here for a weekend recently and LOVED the accommodations! We stayed in the 2bd/2bath/2kichen deluxe suite. It was better than expected. We did not mind that housekeeping didn't come to clean the rooms like that in a regular hotel but I mean, can't you clean up behind yourself for a day or so? They did come by to offer extra towels and empty trash. That was all we needed for the time we stayed. It is conveniently located near the strip. VERY clean and still very new. The fully stocked kitchens provide EVERYTHING you need to prepare meals while visiting if you don't want to spend the extra money at restaurants or leave the room. There is a Subway and liquor store conveniently located on the premises. My advice...if you know you're staying for a few days, stop and pick up some food/snacks at the local Vons a block away for your convenience while in the room and call ahead for towels/sheets if you think you're going to need them. This was one of the best hotels for the price and amenities provided!! Looking forward to going back!!

The place was very nice and new, the size of the rooms seemed small but there was actually quite a bit of space overall. The bathroom was fairly large and was quite clean but the toilet flushed really loud (wierd) and annoying in the night. Nice little kitchenette, love having a fridge. Nice little front room with pretty good sized sectional that turns into a bed which would be nice if we had a couple kids or friends. The couch just to sit on was kind of hard but we did ok. A nice tv you can watch in there and also one in the bedroom. The bedroom was kinda small with just a few feet on each side of the bed but like I said, there was "other" space. The whole place seemed quite clean and I was happy with it and the value we got. My biggest dissapointment was the pool area, I wanted to get some sun and was disappointed the the pool was indoors, I figured it would be ok cause there was a sundeck right out the door but it was FILTHY.. dirty towels and overly full ashtrays all over. The hottub had alot of foam in it which made me think it was dirty also. By the way, they do not allow any outside drinks brought into the pool area, not even water, that was annoying. The pizza place on property was VERY GOOD.This Condo is literally right next to the airport and planes fly RIGHT OVER the place, I thought it was kind of cool and liked to watch them. I really didn't notice the noise in the night and they didn't wake me up but if you are a light sleeper, it could be an issue. Overall, I was very happy with our stay but would probably not go there again because I like to take advantage of the pool and sun too much.

This place has no housekkeeping staff for its size. Room cleanup and replace neccessities must be ordered from the front desk and may take up to 3 hours or more to be completed. There is no room service or restaurant. Walking anywhere is out of the question. Not worth the inconvenience.

It was a last minute trip and it just so happens that the Miss USA pagent was that weekend so everything was very expensive. we found Club 36 and immediately liked it because it was decently priced. We arrived and it was very nice. We were excited because there was a subway, pizza place and a liquor store right outside the resort. Plus it was only a mile away from the strip so a short taxi ride wasn't a big deal. The room was exceptional and had all the amenities including an ice maker in the fridge! I would definitely stay there again.

Club 36 is great place to stay if you dont need to be in a casino. The rooms are big and include washer, dryer and full kitchens. The hotel has an indoor pool and a small business center. The staff was great and attentive.Couple of blocks off the strip, easy walk.
