Blueberry Hotel - Not that near to BirminghamTravelodge/Premier Inn/ Blueberry - what's the difference, If the Blueberry is trying to stand out then its failing, all very me too, and that applies to all levels of my stay. Room was large bland and feature free, wifi extra. Bathroom - No Bath, but good shower, a shame that no one had been able to clean the roof of the cubicle as the mold growing on it hasn't seen any cleaning agents for a while.Breakfast, usual bun-fight, jockey with other guests at a mediocre selection of hot plates for a not so "full English" wait ages to make some toast Or pick over the thin pickings of alternative freshly boxed cereals, usual thin & flavorless fruit juices & maybe find a yoghurt if your luckyTempted by fresh smelling espresso or similiar - that will be extra too.I am still waiting from my receipt to be sent to me following my stay as the till/printer had broken down! Fortunately my company picks up the tab for this and also chooses them on the basis of being closest to the offices (which it is 1/3 of a mile!) which will mean I probably will have to stay here again at some point - so I can't complain to much, however if it was my money.....Just Very Very Average - Just....

Excellant hotel let down by breakfastVery Good clean hotel with air con. Attended breakfast @ 7am and hot parts i.e. Bacon Sausage and eggs not ready until 7.15am even then not a great selection. however it was clean and easy to use.

OK, but overpricedBe aware that Blueberry is in the midst of a change of ownership from the Purple chain, so my dissatisfaction with the amenities may be a moot point in a month or two. The room was fine and the staff courteous, but I felt it was overpriced, considering it's remoteness from the city center (they also charge a high premium for wireless service).

Breakfast BluesSomeone did not turn up on the second morning so cooked breakfast was not served until they called out someone else - too late for me I am afraid.Breakfast generally is a bit hit and miss if it turns at the advertised 7.00 a.m. it is a bonus.Short of main meal choice at night as well.

Average standard - get what you pay for.The room was large but lacked in extras. No bath towels, only 1 hand towel, only 1 pillow per person. Room was very noisy could hear people above and lots of road noise. Plenty of coffee and sugar, not much milk and no tea bags in the room.Breakfast was nice but limited choice on hot food, plenty of toast, cereals, fruit, juice and tea/coffee.

Rather difficult to find and then access from road. Clean and comfortable. excellent breakfast. Prefer to stay in room with bath which is why I probably wouldn't use it again

room was excellent,very clean for the price paid. Breakfast a bit greasy but again for price paid oRoom was very clean, spacious and quiet. Bed and pillows comfy.Breakfast was a bit greasy and no plates,cutlery cups when we arrived but we enjoyed what we had.

Nice EnoughIt was nice enough for what I paid £60 per night incl Breakfast.Location not so good, rooms good shower excellent.Food both breakfast the 1 dinner I had was below par.I will go back again.

Over bookedWe were contacted on the day of arrival to tell us the Hotel was over booked. They had found us accommodation in another hotel a few miles away and that any extra charges would be covered by them. As it turned out, the hotel we were moved to was very average and took cnsiderably longer to get to our destination the following day.Full marks though for saving the situation!

Excellent hotel overall. The rooms were superb with everything we needed. Very clean and spacious with plenty of lighting. Will definitely stay again at £49.
