Excellent facilities, location and value for moneyWe only stayed one night as we had previously been in a villa which couldn't accommodate our entire trip. The location of the resort is great with all amenities close at hand and convenient for the theme parks. What I was particularly impressed with was the standard of the accommodation - full sized kitchen with everythink you would need, full dining table and lounge area. We had a two bed unit and I was very surprised that the master bed had an ensuite. Provision of toiletries and starter pack of dishwasher tabs/washing powder and washing up liquid was an unexpected bonus. We were also very impressed with the resort's own amenities - four swimming pools, crazy golf, basketball and tennis court to name but a few. The resort also had a very safe feel and we are seriously considering returning next year. The price through laterooms was amazing - we wouldn't have got a one bed sleeps four in the UK for this price!

It's a quiet hotel with nice pools and friendly staff. The room is clean and has plenty of space and well equiped. However the beds are not as expected for a 3 star hotel. I slept bad. :( Other than that the location is great; very close to the premium outlets and attractions. :)

We were upgraded to a two bedroom at no extra charge since there are no one bedroom units with king sized beds as noted on our reservation. The unit was huge and beautiful. The location is perfect for restaurants, attractions, shops, etc. but in a quiet location off the main road. Property is beautifully maintained and truly a bargain for all that you get.

Not bad. Although kids' activities are heavily marketed, and there's really not that much for the kids. The pools were great, however.

Although the grounds were impressive, the service was lousy. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights/5 days and during the entire time, I didn't receive any customary room cleaning to include the making of the beds. And, when I complained to the female representative on duty, I was told that the situation would be investigated and corrected immediately, but nothing was ever done. As for the room, the quality of the furniture ws moderate but, for the price, it was certainly acceptable. On a positive note, the check in clerk, Mr X, was very professional

Every thing was almost perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and the front desk was very pleasant, but there was one problem that made my stay fearful and that was palmetto and earwig bugs in the suite. If I did not have a fear for bugs, my stay would have been perfect.

The hotel is a converted aparment complex, so the rooms have plenty of space compared to standard hotel rooms. No regular housekeeping. Also the water had to be turned off for some problem, and the hotel did not allow us to change rooms. We had to get ready for a wedding and they only offered us a new room to get ready in and then we had to go back to our room. I thought that this should have been taken care of better or some sort of compensation given.

We had a fantastic time in Orlando! And our place was just what we needed, even though we were rarely there! Cant believe we got such a clean, nice suite for such a low price. Definately would stay again!

The location was perfect for our trip to SeaWorld. And as far as places to eat, not hard finding anything, but the resort doesn't provide hardly any menus or maps of restaraunts in the immediate area. The kitchen was spotless and provided ample dishes, silverware and such to cook a meal for a family of 4. And the only other negative is that their version of a Queen sized bed is more like a small full size instead, but the pullout sofa bed helped. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.

I was disappointed in the lack of service during our 5 day stay. The first thing I had to do upon arriving is go to a store to purchase some coffee. Also during the chilly weather there is no ability to turn on the heat which meant there were some chilly mornings. The rooms were very clean and well kept.

Good price for a comfortable, clean, roomy condo. It has all of the basics of a typical Orlando time-share, with a great location. All things Disney are just around the corner. Numerous family-friendly restaurants surround the area, while avoiding the tourist trappings of International Drive. I would definitely stay there again!

One of the best room rates in Orlando for a business function and it was a condo! Great for vacation as well - which is why I checked it out. Close to all Disney, Universal, etc. attractions with a full kitchen, washer/dryer!, livingroom, bedroom (tons of storage) and a little screened in porch as well (great for those who smoke). I would come back here for business or a family vacation any time - especially if the rates stay as favorable as they were this past April!

The only issue I have is that we did not receive clean towels for the day and a half that we stayed. Otherwise, everything else was great!

I would stay her again and for anyon visiting the Orlando are for Disney it is next to downtown disney 2 lights away so you can't beat location. also the rooms were taken care of. It did take a while to check in which does happen I would stay again and then see if the check in was a 1 time event for being slow. Room was not ready at 4:30 when check in was 4 and I was 30 min early. again I would stay at the same place in the future.
