so far this is the best hotel i ever stay.the service is excellent.the location is good and near to all shopping centers and old quarter .Good location, room size is just nice and very helpful and friendly staff.

Our family stay in Blue Paradise hotel for 03 day in December,2008, it were fantastic mini hotel in Hanoi. We stayed in a cozy, clean room with balcony. The hotel members are very helpful and attentive. We had a great time in Hanoi with them Highly recommended!

Well, first of all, I have to say I loved Blue Paradise hotel - the center of the Hanoi old quarter. The staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. The staff made me feel very at home, good advices for restaurants and trips and I loved the atmosphere in the hotel, free internet in my wide and nicely decorated room.There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast. Food is very good. And, there are many nearby inexpensive options in close walking distance.

. Our weekend at Blue Paradise hotel was made so much better by our decision to stay there. The staff was amazing, all the guys down in the lobby helped our group of 10 get unloaded and up to our rooms and then were equally helpful in getting us back in the cars for the trip home on Sunday. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet that we enjoyed on Sunday morning...... The rooms were big and clean and the King bed was amazing......best ever. Our view of the city from our room was beautiful too. Room service was very prompt, very professional. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi. The Hoan Kiem Lake was close to hotel, so was restaurants and streets were an easy walk. We'll be back

What a great hotel. We have stayed in several Hanoi Hotels but this is the best yet. On arrival found reception staff very pleasant. Had room 201 view of the city very nice. The hotel cannot be faulted, Spotlessly clean, food in the breakfasts always excellent. The rooms are spacious, the staff are most obliging, the entertainment is great and the food is to die for.

I spent two days here and all I can say is wow! Rooms were immaculate, staff well-trained and tour guides were very helpful. i got great prices on my sapa trip and city tour of hanoi. no one pushed me to do anything and since i had a long flight the day before, i was really glad. make sure you see the manager Hieu or his wife -- they worked all day just to get me on a soft-sleeper to sapa instead of hard seats (train station had said it was sold out-- but Hieu worked magic!!) this hotel defines the word service! Thanks again to all the staff!

The Blue Paradise Hotel upgraded us and we had a terrific time. The room was extremely comfortable. It is a wonderful boutique hotel with lake views and convenient to the French quater and Old quater of Hanoi. The breakfasts were generous and provided a great variety of different items to choose from. The room was so nice with balcony and city views. High recommend!

The Blue Paradise Hotel was the first hotel i stayed in and i had the time of my life. i was only suppose to be there for a couple of days and ended up staying 7! It was a very homely environment and i made alot of great friends there. The room was very large with balcony and city views. Breakfast was for free and very good. I would definately go back there! We love Blue Paradise Hotel.

Gave us the wrong room on the first night with no windows, but changed it for the following nights. Good size breakfast with options. Good airport pickup. Central location in Old Quarter.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. As it was our honeymoon we enjoyed romantic strolls around the lake. The bathroom was alitle bit small. However, all in all Blue Paradise Hotel is a good hotel in Hanoi.

Good hotel. Very like the staff and breakfast, the only negative is the window was not big enough, however it was very clean and spacious. Convenient location near the historic part of city and the location was exellent. We would like to come back this hotel again.
