The Blue Mesa Lodge is located right in the Mountain Village core above Telluride, ski-in/out to lift 4 (one of the major lifts at Telluride Ski Resort) and on a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the gondola station for the gondola to the Town of Telluride. The lodge consists of 4 floors of hotel rooms and studios, all individually owned and decorated.

This has to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.This is a resort in name only. We booked a two bedroom two bathroom suite and we got a small one bedroom one bathroom room, that was extremely small and dirty. We spent an hour trying to find 117 Lost Creek in Mountain Villege. After not finding it we had to call the hotel management and found out that we had to drive into Telluride and spend another hour finding a lockbox that we had to use a code to get into and find our room info and key. We then had to drive back to 117 Lost Creek and find our room. When we did find our room, we could not find the parking. We then parked in what looked like a parking spot and we received a ticket. We then had to call the management and find out that we had to park in a parking garage that charged $20.00 a night, that was about two miles away from our room. This was a poor experience and I will never stay at the Blue Mesa Lodge again and I may not use Orbitz again because of this. Thank You, Rodney
