Bitter End is on the North Sound of Virgin Gorda- beautiful, remote and protected, 12 miles from Tortola, 30 miles from St. Thomas and 75 miles from Puerto Rico. Bitter End is situated on 75 acres of land and more than a mile of waterfront on the northeast extremity of Virgin Gorda. It fronts North and Statia Sounds. The property is accessible only by water. Bitter End is the last island outpost before the open waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Almond Walk is the idyllic setting for numerous events each week, allowing you to further enjoy our spectacular setting on North Sound. Special Theme Dinners, such as Seafood Night and the West Indian Night, are served on the Almond Walk. Dine and dance under the stars to our own steel band, The Reflections, or the Latitude Stars.
