The recent renovations have made a huge difference. The harbor view suite truly offers the best view in Hong Kong!

Room far too small for us but apart from that suited us very well.

Room was pretty small. You can see the harbour from the 'harbour view' rooms but not much of it as many buildings obscure it but nice view and access to zoo/botanical gardens and Hong Kong Central. Concierge was friendly and helpful.

For Hong Kong, this hotel is cheap, and quite well-located. The room was small and there's no b-fast included, but again, this is Hong Kong!

some works in the hotel to renovate the lobby were processing. Most important and attractive for this hotel is the outstanding view, peacefull surrounding and...birds or monkeys from the zoo providing alarm clock services!

Second time we've stayed here - love this hotel and it's location. I thought the online rate was more expensive than the last time we stayed but I was able to use Hotelclub dollars which helped. We are regular visitors to HK from mainland China and I always check to see if there are rooms available when we stay in HK. Service is always first class.

Further to my comment made in an earlier communication, my wife and I, were very happy with this place. However, I would recommend that the staff is better equiped with tourist information. We found it difficult to obtain any of that. I suggest they will arque that they are renovating, but the staff could not answer questions about services in the area. Hong Kong itself has no tourist information centre and if it has, nobody could tell us where it was.

very pleasant place to stay - great service by helpfull staff !!! perfect location! should state that they offer free pick-up with regular freauent schedule from airport-express Central-Station! i will be back if possible!

Rooms are small but acceptable. Just renovated. Sheets are changed daily. Shuttle bus makes it convenient to go and come from Central/WanChai, and Airport Express (get time availability to catch shuttle to hotel). Staff are very friendly. A hotel to go back to.

The standard room is small. Not much turning around. The transport is good with Shuttle bus to mid-level plus there's the exterior street elevator that proved to be quite useful.

The Bishop Lei is always my first choice for hotel for my frequent visits there. It has a decent atmosphere, excellent location on Honkong island and a very friendly, efficient staff
