| some works in the hotel to renovate the lobby were processing. Most important and attractive for the Bishop Lei International House Hotel Hong Kong is the outstanding view, peacefull surrounding and...birds or monkeys from the zoo providing alarm clock services! |

| Further to my comment made in an earlier communication, my wife and I, were very happy with this place. However, I would recommend that the staff is better equiped with tourist information. We found it difficult to obtain any of that. I suggest they will arque that they are renovating, but the staff could not answer questions about services in the area. Hong Kong itself has no tourist information centre and if it has, nobody could tell us where it was. |

| Rooms are small but acceptable. Just renovated. Sheets are changed daily. Shuttle bus makes it convenient to go and come from Central/WanChai, and Airport Express (get time availability to catch shuttle to hotel). Staff are very friendly. A hotel to go back to. |

| Very friendly and attentive staffs. Due to my own mistake, i wasn't aware that I had made reservation for a single bed room. After realising this upon check-in, the front desk staffs were very kind to obliged to my request to switch to a double bed room (as it was same price anyway). In addition, they've even called my room later on to make sure everything was fine. The only downside is that the room was pretty small... however, considering the price and location, i think it is value for money. |

| The Bishop Lei is always my first choice for hotel for my frequent visits there. It has a decent atmosphere, excellent location on Honkong island and a very friendly, efficient staff |

| The room was tiny just fitting in the bed but it had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable.
The staff were very helpful.
The bus stop just outside the front door made getting around Hong Kong extremely easy.
I would use the Bishop Lei International House Hotel Hong Kong again and recommend it to others.
Supposedly there is a shuttle bus from Hong Kong station to the hotel but the station staff could not tell me which one it was. |

| Old Hotel, with a conventional key. shuttle bus to MRT is available but the MRT is not in a walking distance area, you need to walk down the escalator from top of the hill. Would stay in other area closer to MRT next time |

| We had a great time at Bishop Lei. It is well located to the Botanical Gardens, the mid level escalators and lots of good places to eat. We used buses and train to get to Disneyland, Stanley, shopping and nice walks. The room was well maintained and comfortable. We had a memorable time.

| We'd recommend Bishop Lei wholeheartedly. Rooms are very clean; although standard ones are quite small. Bathrooms are a good size for HK. Harbour view suites have ample room. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Great location near the escalator which gives good access to Central and the Soho restaurant area. Botanical gardens are 2 minutes walk. Good breakfasts. |

| I had a corner room on the 21st floor - the view was brilliant! I was originally given a room on a lower floor, so it pays to ask if other rooms are available. The pedestrian escalator is close by and the Soho area is full of restaurants and little shops. Great alternative to the retail hustle of Kowloon. |
